What am I going to do?

  • Create, edit, and post engaging content to Fiverr’s digital forum
  • Connect with Fiverr Community forum users by engaging in forum conversations, moderating threads, and creating community threads
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to help identify areas for change in the Fiverr network and effectively share their knowledge and respond to specific questions
  • Build and maintain relationships, manage expectations and identify roadblocks that require escalation, specifically dealing with product/service feedback
  • Work cross functionally with all Fiverr’s Customer Success and Product teams to leverage the feedback received in the forum and create new strategies and KPI’s.
  • Maintain Fiverr Brand Voice when communicating with users on a large scale
  • Be driven by curiosity and consistently find new ways to add new value in problem solving
  • Deliver regular feedback and insights to cross-functional stakeholders such as those within Customer Care, Product, and Retention.
  • Be a motivated self-starter that aligns their work with business needs and leverage organization skills to move problems through to completion

Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. – 3 days in the office – 2 remote. This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.

What are the qualifications?

  • Previous experience with forum and/or social community management is a bonus
  • 1-2 years of experience in the customer service and/or community engagement experience
  • Personally use social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Reddit, Pinterest, Youtube, LinkedIn

What’s the job?

The content creator will be an integral part of the marketing team, reporting to the CMO. They will be the ultimate storyteller, culture and tone setter and passionate marketer who loves creating and deploying authentic content for brands that make a difference across all key digital channels. Content creation is pivotal to our business in showcasing and bringing to life our summer programs. From on-campus pre-college experiences for students, dorm live, travel to the beach, lakes, amusement parts and local cities to academic life that is project based and hands on like music production, criminal forensics, robotics, culinary arts, sports marketing and so much more, your role is to bring the summer to life in a way that drives more prospective students and parents to want to learn more. Your target audiences will be dual – and content must resonate with both students as well as parents and embody the Summer Discovery and Summer Institute for the Gifted brands.

The content creator will develop, implement, track and optimize our digital campaigns across all digital channels from social media to email, and create content that can be used on the website. They should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Excellent creative design, verbal and written communication skills are required as this role will be both creating the content, as well as authoring it in tools including Canva and Lightroom. They will be strategic minded with a finger on the pulse of social media and digital trends and have experience producing content for brands across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter and others.

They will create compelling original content that is fresh and professional, yet fun, suggest creative ways to attract more prospective clients, grow followers, increase engagement, implement and maintain digital marketing initiatives, all while supporting the greater marketing goals.

Responsibilities

· Creates, guides, and delivers strategic social media, email and digital planning, programming and execution.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000. Job Description

The Performance Marketing Manager, Casino will report directly to the Head of Media & Acquisition and will partner with stakeholders across the company, as well as with 3rd party partners, to ensure profitable growth of our growing Casino product.

As a key member in the marketing department, the Performance Marketing Manager, Casino will use their deep expertise in digital to manage various acquisition channels including Paid Media, Affiliate, ASO, OOH and more. Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Manage day-to-day relationship with various agencies for Casino product initiatives, including Social, Display, SEM, Affiliate, SEO and ASO
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategies to support new content, new state and product launches
  • Collaborate with peers across the marketing organization to develop and set best practices for compelling ads, effective landing pages, and process optimizations to improve conversion rates throughout the funnel – be a change agent and immerse into innovative creative
  • Optimize our Casino marketing budget based on the channels and tactics that have the lowest CPA
  • Own testing plans and running various tests against different variables (ads, audiences, landing pages, etc.) with the purpose of identifying new opportunities
  • Dive into data to understand trends in channels, diagnosing issues, and relaying findings to various stakeholders, demonstrating what’s working and not working
  • Optimize on a regular basis, to ensure we test into new platforms and reach a broader set of consumers
