Job Description
The Risk Manager is part of the Sportsbook team, with their main responsibilities focusing on risk & betting intelligence areas. He/She will use their expertise to protect Tipico against potential unprofitable clients and to minimize the general unnecessary exposure for Tipico. They are also responsible for the ongoing risk strategy planning, including ideas for innovative risk management tools and new approaches for the daily risk related work, in line with company strategy & goals. The employee will be based in the U.S. but will supervise and work closely with our operational teams in Croatia and Colombia. Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Analyze, define and present the opportunities for state-of-the-art risk management solutions
- Be a key player for the ongoing risk management road-map project planning
- Guide the implementation of Risk related key projects
- Ensure all event and player limits are analyzed and maintained, therefore ensuring good user experience for the customer without exposing Tipico to unnecessary risk
- Enhance risk management processes
- Share joint responsibility for the achievement of all risk related KPIs
- Deliver periodic reports with clear action plan for improvement (betting patterns, limits …)
- Assure collaboration and knowledge sharing with Sportsbook teams in Croatia and Colombia
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience
- Preferably gaming industry experience
- Advanced analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong betting knowledge and preferably a wide betting network
- Setting clear, measurable performance goals
- Data-driven decision making
- Be able to coach / mentor members in the sportsbook operations teams
- Identify industry trends and developments in planning roadmap

Salary range for this role is $85K – $100k + performance bonus per experience.

Job Description
The Performance Marketing Manager, Casino will report directly to the Head of Media & Acquisition and will partner with stakeholders across the company, as well as with 3rd party partners, to ensure profitable growth of our growing Casino product.
As a key member in the marketing department, the Performance Marketing Manager, Casino will use their deep expertise in digital to manage various acquisition channels including Paid Media, Affiliate, ASO, OOH and more. Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day relationship with various agencies for Casino product initiatives, including Social, Display, SEM, Affiliate, SEO and ASO
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategies to support new content, new state and product launches
- Collaborate with peers across the marketing organization to develop and set best practices for compelling ads, effective landing pages, and process optimizations to improve conversion rates throughout the funnel – be a change agent and immerse into innovative creative
- Optimize our Casino marketing budget based on the channels and tactics that have the lowest CPA
- Own testing plans and running various tests against different variables (ads, audiences, landing pages, etc.) with the purpose of identifying new opportunities
- Dive into data to understand trends in channels, diagnosing issues, and relaying findings to various stakeholders, demonstrating what’s working and not working
- Optimize on a regular basis, to ensure we test into new platforms and reach a broader set of consumers
- Manage a mix of brand awareness media and performance marketing media, building a halo effect to our brand to reduce overall CPAs
- Coordinate with the Content Team on the delivery of advertising creative, copy, and animations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a performance marketing, digital, or paid acquisition role
- Familiar with online gaming industry and some of the companies that dominate this new, growing industry
- Must have deep expertise in at least one channel you will manage, and capable of learning
- Super organized taskmaster; Strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Comfortable being challenged and seeking challenge from colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to think outside of the box, be innovative, adaptable and come up with creative solutions to changing business challenges
- Goal-orientated and results driven with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Sports Industry, specifically Sports Betting and Casino, experience is a plus, but not required

Tipico is looking for a Casino VIP Manager to help provide personalized support and service for our most valued online customers, inside our online casino product. As we look to introduce our Rewards Program, we want a VIP Account Manager to help retain our best customers through one-to-one outreach and engagement. As a Casino VIP Manager you will be responsible for casino users classified as VIP with the focus on increasing lifetime value whilst reducing player turnover.
Having a passion or knowledge of casino games is required.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain relationships through managing a book of existing customers with monthly goals of increasing retention, reducing churn, and capturing incremental revenue
- Monitor and analyze the VIP database daily and take appropriate actions to ensure maximum value throughout their life cycle
- Through regular outreach, regularly communicate with existing and potential VIPs to promote awareness of product updates
- Assist with the ideation, design, and implementation of promotional efforts tailored to VIP players, working alongside our Promotions team
- Assist Loyalty & Rewards Director in obtaining and managing experiential and promotional assets to utilize within Rewards program
- Support existing users by escalating issues, inquiries, and complaints through appropriate channels or resolutions
- Obtain customer feedback to support product improvements
- Work across multiple departments including marketing, compliance, and operations
- Form trust and loyalty with customers by becoming a product and brand expert
- Adhere to strict policies and procedures in a highly regulated market
- Assist in the planning and execution of event activation
Qualifications

- 2-6 years in a service or client management role, with experience in cross-selling/upselling
- Casino Gaming, Sports Account Management, Hospitality experience required
Nice to have:
- Knowledge about and / or experience with online casino betting
- Knowledge of the premium hospitality space
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
