About the Production Team:

Collectively’s Production team is the creative production arm of our client services practice, responsible for leading influencer marketing projects from kick off to completion with creativity, ingenuity, and exceptional project management skills. The team charter is flawless execution and we pride ourselves on guiding our clients, and influencers, through each step of a project with strategic solutions along the way.

Responsibilities:

Working in tandem with a Producer and larger cross-functional team, the Associate Producer contributes to program production across a variety of influencer marketing campaigns. This role reports directly to the Director of Production and is responsible for two crucial areas of production: project management and program tracking and reporting.

Project Management

  • Support all aspects of Collectively projects, working closely with Collectively Producers and/or Directors to ensure exceptional program execution
  • Prepare key production deliverables, including campaign briefs, activation plans, and production schedules
  • Lead influencer research and recruitment for participation in client projects
  • Proactively update project status documents, both internal and external, including: influencer lists, weekly status agendas, client hubs, and , payment schedules)
  • Oversee the schedule, documentation and communication of collaborator payments for specific projects
  • Prepare Collaborator agreements (contracts) and work with Business Affairs to ensure accurate and timely contracting
  • Contribute to internal and client calls, including creating agendas, maintaining status sheets, note taking and scheduling follow up meetings.

Program Tracking and Reporting

  • Set-up campaign tracking using our third-party software, ensuring information is thorough and accurate
  • Review Collaborator content to ensure adherence to requirements set forth by Collectively and Collectively’s clients, working through revisions when necessary
  • Collect and manage any image, text, or video assets
  • Track and log all content (blog posts, social media updates)
  • Identify potential issues (incomplete posts, failure to adhere to requirements, etc.) and proactively resolve as-needed

Requirements

  • This role is based in the United Kingdom.
  • At least 1-2 years related experience in marketing/advertising industry, social media or similar (relevant internship experience considered)
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail and excellent follow-through
  • Great communication skills—both internally and externally, written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently across a variety of tasks and manage time appropriately for projects
  • Adaptability and a desire to work in an industry and landscape that’s constantly evolving
  • Collaborative working style with positive attitude and enthusiasm for making great work happen!

The Social Producer will be responsible for strategizing and producing daily social content for a new footwear-related channel that Kyra is launching onto TikTok this year on behalf of our client.

As Production Editor you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality of CN’s output, working to ensure that everything we publish across digital and print outlets is readable, informative and accurate – and also grabs the reader’s attention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support CN’s core goal of delivering news and feature material of consistently high quality, meeting the information needs of our audience across print, digital and social media platforms
  • Speedy, accurate copy editing of articles in WordPress for online publication, applying a consistent style and optimising the use of different page elements to convey information and draw attention
  • Production editing of CN’s monthly print magazine, overseeing all pages through from initial layout through proofing to final press
  • Working with the editorial team and freelance designers to create high-impact print layouts and imaginative cover concepts
  • Assisting CN’s news team in the preparation of daily email newsletters
  • Scheduling the publication of content to appear at the most effective times

Skills and Requirements:

  • We are looking for a capable production professional who is keen to take charge of print and digital output
  • Ideally, you will have experience of subbing news and features for a fast-paced B2B publication
  • The role includes sub-editing and fact-checking, so both a keen eye and sharp mind will be essential, as you will typically be the last person to touch a story before publication
  • You will also require the confidence to question reporters and editors whenever copy is unclear
  • Basic layout skills would be an asset, as would an eye for effective picture selection
  • An interest in the built environment or experience with a technical, financial or business publication would be useful
  • You will have or will need to develop expertise in interpreting web analytics
  • Familiarity with using social media to support a subscriber publication would also be welcome

Founder Mitchel Galvin-Farnol identified a gap in the market for clean, simple, quality contemporary casual-wear and streetwear. Growing over the last few years, NICCE has become a recognisable lifestyle brand influenced by the ever-changing culture and rich music scenes of London.

In 2022, NICCE will evolve through its direct-to-consumer retail model, investment in product range and plans to grow the brand – placing a greater focus on movement, wellness and sustainability.

NICCE are recruiting a Senior Creative Producer to lead the brand’s content and production requirements. This role will report into the Head of Marketing, whilst playing a pivotal role across the business.

Main Responsibilities

As part of an in-house design and creative production set-up, the Senior Creative Producer will manage a team responsible for delivering creative and production solutions for all business and brand communication, including branding, marketing, sales tools and retail/eCommerce content requirements.

Creative

 

  • Partner with founder and/or external creative consultant(s) to translate the brand’s creative direction into guidelines that govern product design, content creation and channel specific content needs.
  • Continually uphold brand identity and guidelines, elevating creative standards across the business.
  • Evolve the company’s approach to creative production, including the use of external parties and optimisation of creative output across the business.
  • Translate creative briefs from the business into production and design tasks.
  • Support briefing of external creative agencies for top tier campaigns.
  • Creative ideation for low-tier, seasonal and non-consumer facing content.
  • Organise creative reviews and approvals.
  • Line manager of in-house graphic designers.

 

Production

 

  • Own the end-to-end production process across all business briefs
  • Assemble and book the full production team and talent.
  • On-shoot Creative Producer role, as well as Art Direction on smaller shoots
  • Manage and develop the Creative Production Assistant
  • Manage the annual production budget, including agreed scope of work with external suppliers / agency.
  • Guide the business’ wider business production needs; including event and retail production.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Passionate about creative, fashion, retail, and production
  • Established network of creative and production contacts and suppliers
  • Able to ideate and concept, bring new ideas to the group, whilst ensuring slick production and operational excellence to make it happen
  • Confidently manage multiple shoot timelines simultaneously
  • Can work under pressure, prioritise and manage tight deadlines
  • Desire to be hands on and holds ability to problem solve
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Collaborative and can build relationships cross functionally
  • Understanding of the NICCE brand and customer
  • Able and willing to travel locally, which can be at short notice and on occasion outside of traditional work hours
  • Team management experience – recruitment, training and development of personnel

 

 

Experience

 

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in shoot production
  • Proven success producing for fashion and lifestyle clients and brands, across stills, motion and integrated projects. From concept, right through to delivery
  • Interest and/or experience in creative strategy and branding
  • Experience in-house at a brand is advantageous
  • IRL activation and event experience preferable
