Role:Â
Creative producer. Full-time.Â
About the role:Â
We are looking for someone who is as much a creative as they are a producer. Organised, but in a fun way. You will approach problems with the ability to always find a solution and enjoy the journey problem solving takes you on. You will be able to think on your feet, think outside the box and many other clichés about someone who is generally smart and positive.Â
We want someone who is incredibly organised, meticulous and has a good head for numbers. Our clients are interesting, knowledgeable and driven, and we need someone who can match that energy. Energy is something we want you to bring every day.Â
As a Creative Producer, you will be our client’s point of contact. You will use your vast knowledge of the creative process to help our clients work too clever solutions that can save them time and money without harming the work. We have creative producers instead of account managers. This is because we are as much a production company as we are an agency. So we always look for people who can comfortably bridge that gap.Â
We are a new company, and we work differently from traditional agencies, that’s why our clients choose to work with us. While we may spend a lot of time in various photographic studios, creating everything from campaign images to social films, we also deliver the most services you would expect from an advertising agency. This could be strategy, social media management or creative development, so a good working knowledge of the entire creative process is necessary. You need to know the difference between an idea and an execution. You will be writing model briefs and working with photographers on lighting lists. You should understand the difference between Da Vinci Resolve and After Effects.Â
Whilst we are a London centric company, our team is split between the UK and Buenos Aires, so we are all about remote working. We understand that the 9-5 is dead in the world of media, so we will offer flexible start and finish times, allow you to pick where you work from and take those necessary days off for those unforeseen things that happen. If you are responsible enough to manage clients for us, you are responsible enough to manage your own time efficiently. As long as a good job gets done, we are happy for you to work out how to do it.Â
We want someone who is passionate and wants to grow with the company. You will help us find new clients and make the work we do for our current clients better. We will support your growth in any way we can and can guarantee you will learn new skills, work with some of the industry’s best people and have great fun while you do it. We are looking for someone to start on the 1st of March.Â
As a bit of test to help us find who is taking this application seriously, I ask that you respond to this post via email ([email protected]) with a brief outline of how you would approach the following:Â
‘A client wants us to create ten social posts for a product launch they are doing. We have a signed off brief in our inbox, and they just need the completed assets. They want two films and eight photos of two models holding the product, shot in a studio environment. What is the list of actions you would go through to complete this task?’ Please keep your response simple; a list of actions is perfect.Â
If you do have further questions, please reach out.
Fondness
We’re looking for friends between the ages 17-27 to feature in a well known streetwear brand film. Must live in london.

You’ll have 1-2 years of experience in creative production, with a little black book of creative contacts and a deep understanding of the food space across stylists, photographers and videographers. You’ll have deep knowledge of writing briefs, what you need to deliver a high calibre shoot and how assets will come to life across our channels to ensure that suppliers are delivering against our briefs.
Responsibilities
- Pre-plan and produce shoots for creative, product and marketing teams
- Source photographers, videographers and stylists to support our acting Creative Director’s vision for the brand
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers: photographers, stylists and videographers including costs, rights usage
- Support with managing our creative production team alongside acting Creative Director

- Source props, equipment and materials for shoots
- Manage, reconcile and forecast creative budgets; you’ll deliver the year’s work at or below the agreed budget
- Quality check images to ensure they align to shoot and brand guides and are delivered in a timely manner
- Develop your creative knowledge to keep shoots relevant and aspirational
About You
Requirements

- Employer contributions to your pension plan
- Meaningful ownership stake in the Dishpatch business.
- Trying out our favourite spots to eat with Friday team lunches

If this sounds like something you can’t wait to get stuck into, we want to hear from you. Join us on our mission to democratise food globally, and bring the world’s best chefs to the kitchens of everyone.
On diversity
While many companies place an emphasis on diversity, we could not place a higher importance on it. London’s wonderful food scene, like many other ‘eating cities’ in the world, is an expression of the diversity of the city. We believe in creating a team which is a community of people as diverse as possible, joined together by a love and passion for food.
Every role in the Dishpatch team is open to applications from all sections of society. We’re committed to building a culture of inclusion, belonging and connection as we work together on building something truly great. We actively encourage applications from everyone; regardless of race, religion or belief, ethnic origin, different physical ability, family structure, socio-economics, age, nationality or citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other difference that makes you, well, you.
Faqs
Where are you based?
Our office is next door to our central fulfilment premises in Poplar, London, right next to Canary Wharf.
What are your working hours?
Most of us work 9-6, but we adopt a flexible working culture & hours. It’s more important to us what you’re getting done, not when you’re doing it.

The evolution of the broadcast landscape over the last few years has led to exciting innovation and change. We recognise that some of this change has led to traditionally trained News & Feature Programme Editors, Producers and Contributors looking to evolve their careers, either within the broadcast environment or branching into the wider communications world.
With this in mind, we’re interested in talking to Broadcast News Editors or Producers who are now considering taking on a new challenge in the New Year. Those who are keen to transfer their years of editorial knowledge into a fresh environment, where their skills will be fundamental to success.
If you’re interested in having an initial chat – even to just learn about options available outside of a traditional broadcast journalism – please get in touch. We would love to chat.
