Our client is a fast growing fashion business looking to recruit a Head of Marketing paying up to £80,000.

You will manage social marketing and content. You will look at the analysis of marketing data and work with your team to deliver on the overall marketing strategy. You will manage a p&l aswell as support the creative department. You will also manage the brand strategy of the brand and increase awareness. You will work with the wider business, marketing teams, ecommerce and digital.

An opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our organization as the Head of Fashion Category on a contract basis. This role will play a critical part in driving growth and success within this area of our business, while serving as a member of the UK management team.

Location: South West London

Contract Length: 4 Months

Salary: £400 -£490 per day via Umbrella (DoE)

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative programs and strategies to support growth, manage seller behavior, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Lead and direct the Fashion Category, including defining strategy, establishing operational processes, and building key relationships.
  • Source and secure relevant, market-leading inventory to support strategy execution and enhance competitiveness.
  • Plan and execute cross-functional projects to strengthen the company’s position in the market.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a digital B2C or C2C environment, specifically in e-commerce or consumer-facing online platforms, with a strong interest in Fashion, Shoes & Accessories.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget/P&L management and delivery.
  • Strong executive presence and effective communication skills, capable of presenting complex business issues and strategies in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Proven people leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and leading teams.
  • Ability to articulate the vision and purpose of initiatives and programs in relation to long-term goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

The Online Trading team is responsible for driving sales and profitability through Phase Eight website and our partner websites. Working in partnership with our Junior Online Partner Manager and Online Partner Assistant, the Online Partner Coordinator will manage seasonal campaign launches and new product launches/promotions on our partner websites.

Duties and responsibilities of the Online Partner Coordinator will include:

  • Manage and co-ordinate with Online Partner Assistant new products, seasonal campaign launches and promotions on partner websites
  • Responsible for brand visibility on partner websites, monitoring bestsellers, slow sellers, total product sales and making informed recommendations for trade and marketing activity
