Who we are looking for

We are hiring a driven, experience and passionate Senior Marketing Director to lead all aspects our Golf Division’s consumer, sponsorship and partnership marketing strategy and activity, globally. You’ll be responsible for direct and indirect revenue generating activity across our international portfolio of world-class golf events ensuring we maintain a significant competitive edge in a robust competitor landscape while helping to build brand affinity, attendance, and advocacy of our golf properties. The right candidate will help us grow the prestige, profile, and long-term positioning of each event, as well as support the long-term growth of the Division.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

Brand & Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Working under our regional SVPs of Golf and as part of the wider marketing organisation you will drive and develop brand, consumer and partnership marketing strategies as part of our go-to-market process that establish and grow our live events.
  • Working with cross-functional groups (including the analytics team, marketing team, event operations, sponsorship sales, PR, creative, ticketing, legal and finance) to create best-in-class marketing strategies and plans.
  • Optimise, evolve, and fully integrate strategic marketing processes including partner objectives and rights integration, creative, content and GTM (go-to-market) processes.
  • Provide industry insight and knowledge on wider trends and behaviour.
  • Deliver, maintain, and evolve our brands’ strategies, identities and messaging recommending and executing brand enhancements and extensions where necessary.

Marketing Campaigns & Activity

Oversee the day-to-day delivery of all aspects of the marketing strategy and plan – not limited to, but including:

  • Create and deliver event marketing strategies relevant to the property and market, including ticket modelling, tactical campaigns, audience segmentation and targets,
  • Support the consumer and partnership marketing sales process, including B2B marketing, research creative processes
  • Oversee the planning, management and delivery of all creative assets and content required before, during (on-site) and after our events ensuring a creative, efficient, story-telling team which rolls into our overall marketing approach for events, new business, and commercial opportunities.
  • Provide support to Comms and PR teams to deliver PR narratives in line with agreed upon brand, partner and consumer objectives.
  • Liaise with other internal business units to ensure alignment and efficiency across all departments.
  • Manage performance monitoring, optimization and reporting of all marketing activity, and action adjustments where necessary to ensure optimization for maximum performance, reach, and return on investment.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure sponsor and partner marketing requirements are fulfilled.
  • Oversee existing digital and social platforms and work with internal and external digital resources; identify new platforms and routes to market and integrate consumer-marketing strategy where relevant.
  • Oversee and deliver outstanding on-site marketing efforts across owned channel content capture (photography, videography etc) consumer engagement and supporting sponsor activations.
  • Deliver robust post-event reports that include management of the post event survey process, analysis of media value, campaign results and development of recommendations for the next cycle.

Financial Management:

  • Maintain and optimize the marketing campaign budgets.
  • Process any marketing related invoices which have been pre-approved.

Stakeholder Management:

  • A core member of the golf team you will help us maintain strong relationships with partners and sponsors. You’ll attend, contribute to, and sometimes lead on these importance stakeholder meetings & relationships, assisting with coordination and delivery of presentations and proposals where required.
  • Guide partner and sponsor account management and digital servicing of partners while being the voice of the consumer and marketing throughout.
  • Liaise with and represent IMG when engaging with journalists, broadcasters, talent, suppliers, high net-worth individuals, fans, and supporters as required.
  • Report and communicate wins, progress, and learnings to key stakeholders internally and externally, helping to continue to build the strong reputation of the golf division.

Business development:

  • Identify and nurture key parties who could collaborate with golf to enhance our product and brands as well as identify opportunities to deliver additional revenue streams or NPD both across the IMG and Endeavor network and externally.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Grow and nurture a team of marketing managers, marketing R&R’s and designers), motivating them through tough periods and empowering them to establish themselves as go-to marketing experts in each region.

Key Results Areas

  • Increase revenue for Golf portfolio of events with a focus on owned /at risk properties
  • Grow the prestige, profile, and long-term positioning of each event in keeping with IMG’s position as a global, trusted and premium golf event management group
  • Manage marketing spend within agreed budgets to maximizes stakeholder results
  • Grow customer and sponsor retention within and across Events
  • Provide tangible thought and action leadership across the Division and geographic regions – help build a learning organization with engage and knowledgeable consumer marketing teams.

You Will Have The Following Strengths

  • Extensive experience in hands-on multichannel marketing, with proven success in customer segmentation, pricing and promotions, brand communication, digital media planning and analytics, and social platform and content marketing (organic and paid)
  • Extensive experience leading change in a matrixed, geographically distributed organization with proven business results
  • Experience in a senior executive level role
  • Understanding of the Golf landscape
  • Excellent contacts within marketing and PR agencies and media partners
  • Brand management experience
  • Technical understanding of digital acquisition techniques such as SEM, SEO, CRM, and emerging social targeting tools

Working Conditions

The Global iProspect Team in Paris & London is hyper-growing. Following the award of a key Luxury global account to our agency starting in 2022, the team is welcoming new talents to work for a number of prestigious fashion brands.

A key position in our team is the Global Display & Video Account Director.

This role is working with brand teams to manage the display and video media for client’s brand campaigns across the world.

Role purpose

The purpose of this role is to work closely with the brand teams and channel teams to create best in class display and video campaigns that are optimised for the outcomes set by the brands in the portfolio. In addition, the successful candidate will support the brand leads in defining the correct approach to campaign moments, whether that be direct, IO based implementation or a more biddable/programmatic route (where activation of this media will be done via biddable team). The successful candidate will work with the manager and executive on the account to define the route of display and video for Kering and its Maisons.

An expert knowledge of media principles in the display and video space will be needed as well as being able to provide an integrated media response, project managing the Go Live of the campaign gathering and analysing the campaign response for learnings and constant improvement.

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee and support on providing high quality recommendations and innovative media solutions in response to briefs from brand team and/or clients
  • Full understanding of display planning tools and confidently interpret the data provide to form robust rationales that ladder back to clients’ objectives/KPIs.
  • Responsible for the correct management of Display Investment and billings across your clients
  • Implement innovative and creative ideas to the Display & Video planning process for your clients and share with wider the brand teams and/or clients
  • Work closely with the programmatic team to rationalise the best approach to display and video
  • Be a subject matter expert in luxury fashion media and build strong relationships with key partners

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for scanning assigned television, film and streaming content; capturing clips & screenshots and recording data on all client integrations
  • Successfully navigate and maintain competency within internal BEN platform
  • Keep internal project management tools up to date and accurate
  • Request audience data from third party vendors and accurately input data into the BEN platform
  • Stay up to date with UK, EU and global television, film and streaming news, contributing to internal and external trend and thought leadership pieces
  • Responsible for consistently researching, collating and entering accurate and timely content related information into BEN platform
  • Track upcoming content opportunities, ensuring they are accurately entered into the BEN platform, keeping line manager and wider team up to date
  • Collaborate with global scanning team to ensure smooth data input process and distribution of work
  • Support line manager with day-to-day requests and activities
  • Support global content team where required
  • Communicate key placement wins to client team leaders and relevant stakeholders
  • Participate in all requested company meetings with line manager

Right at the heart of our Marketing org, and sitting in the Culture and Conversations Centre of Excellence (working in close partnership with Brand Communications and Partnerships, and dovetailing with our Marketing Activation Centre of Excellence). This role will lead all community and social media efforts for the King portfolio of Mobile Games, with a particular focus on the Candy Crush Franchise.

This person will be responsible for developing and driving strategies for each platform on King’s social channels; in support of our brand strategy, new feature releases, partnerships, in-game events, and content-led campaigns.

This person is a digital storyteller with a voracious appetite for popular culture, brings a passion to connect the community of players to our games, and serves as the voice of Candy Crush, Farm Heros Saga, and our portfolio of new and existing games.

With a deep understanding of global markets, influencer culture, content creation, and digital media, you will define and lead the vision for our channels and develop the overarching social media community strategies for King’s social channels – such as Instagram, Snap, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Tik Tok, Reddit, and Discord.

You will lead the team in the ideation and execution of social campaigns to support product initiatives, partnerships, and comms campaigns, drive new players into the game, re-engage our huge lapsed audience, and retain and excite our core players.

You will develop platform strategies to increase and propel channel growth, engagement, and additional KPIs month over month.

A deep understanding of analytics and reporting of social media programs is a must, and you will craft and maintain seasonal reporting to key collaborators and the leadership team.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Culture and Conversation, you will directly lead and develop the Social Media team members to execute social media campaigns, lead all aspects of the implementation, content, and growth of social channels and oversee the creative pipeline and be a great partner with internal and external partners, working cross-functionally with product marketing, content, product, and live ops teams.

You will keep an eagle eye on the social media landscape across gaming, entertainment, and social, and cultural trends Identify and develop strategies to establish a relationship with our huge community of players.

The Team

ITV Creative is the in-house agency for ITV, responsible for delivering 360 campaigns to promote ITVX and ITV content, as well as the entire ITV brand portfolio.

We also produce work for external clients and brands, working closely with the Commercial team.

We are made up of creatives, writers, editors, producers and directors underpinned by campaign management and strategy. In addition we have a post production team comprising editors, dubbing mixers, graphics and a post production management team.

We live within the Marketing function and so work in close collaboration with marketing, media, continuity and research & planning.

The Role

The Creative Director leads the creative output for performance marketing and manages the Imagery team for ITVX and ITV. They work with the marketing and media teams and use data to guide creative decisions. They also oversee the development and quality of automated creative and imagery assets for the company. The role requires an understanding of digital formats and the ability to overcome limitations.

Key responsibilities

The role will include, but will not be limited to…

  • Managing, inspiring and leading a team of creatives and designers.
  • Creatively leading the performance marketing/Always On/Conversion and retention creative, working from briefs from the marketing team. This would include paid social, display, programmatic display and CRM ensuring these are strategically and creatively connected to the wider campaign where relevant.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our consumer target’s mindsets, attitudes, & behaviors and use these to inform innovative creative.
  • Understand media objectives and goals to ensure optimal ad performance.
  • React to research and effectiveness of advertising & develop strategies for improving performance based on this data.
  • Assessing data and looking for creative opportunities to target audiences via programmatic advertising and CRM.
  • Overseeing these assets for bespoke campaigns working to reactive and data driven briefs.
  • Overseeing edits and video assets for digital content (not traditional promos).
  • Collaboration with the wider Creative team to create innovative and head turning campaigns that attract an audience.

Minimum criteria

  • Experience within e-Commerce/streaming platforms/DTC marketing (either agency or brand side)
  • Proven record/examples of performance marketing campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in performance marketing (display and programmatic advertising), working with and understanding performance data to fuel and inform decision making.
  • Experience in art direction, and deep understanding of the power of photography and imagery within a digital context.
