Summary:

The Marketing Production Designer is responsible for creating new, reformatting and revising layouts for integrated campaigns adhering to brand standards of design and quality across print and digital medias. This roll includes layout, retouching, formatting images to support our Brand, Ecommerce and Retail teams. Partnering and supporting the Art Director and Brand Designer, the role requires a deep knowledge of Graphic Design, typography, and a production minded approach to design to hit timelines that deliver compelling creative in both print and digital medias.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned on an as needed basis)

  • Interpret creative briefs and take initiative to ask clarifying questions if needed
  • Collaborate closely with art directors, designers and marketing managers
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards across color, font, production quality and more
  • Scale and crop, retouch, revise or resize layouts as directed
  • Review final copy, layouts and content in digital or print form as the final checkpoint in the creative design process

In this role, you will…

  • Own all aspects of video production including, but not limited to:
    • Pre-production: scripting and collaboration
    • Production: set up, filming and/or repurposing b-roll
    • Post-production: editing and publication

  • Transport, set up, and operate our various in-office production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones
