The Senior Video Producer role is responsible for end to end video content including creative direction, filming, post-production editing for a multitude of marketing channels (social, promotional, blogs, product pages, ads) promoting our ecommerce stores and product offering, proprietary brands, and marketing campaigns.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Senior Video Producer are:

  • Produce video content from creative direction, filming, post-production editing
  • Assist with every facet of video and creative services including ideating unique concepts, developing production plans, gathering input from stakeholders, scheduling, filming, and post-production work.
  • Preparing media files to be shared across multiple platforms.
  • Be proactive in developing the use of video; provide ideas and outlets for how to implement video into the overall communication strategy at Ecentria.
  • Support Internal creative needs
  • Responsible for direction on all photography and video (lifestyle and studio)
    • On-location and in-studio art direction and management
    • Review and approve selections
    • Process improvement and team communication with multiple partners
    • Concepting and detailed planning
    • Reviewing hiring and training of models and crew (photographers, stylist, etc.)
    • Planning and budgeting with partners
  • Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines, and select optimal forms of media for projects

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements of the Senior Video Producer are:

  • Minimum 3 years working experience planning, filming, and editing video projects in a retail or agency environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite of apps including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
  • Moderate to advance photo editing/retouching skills (Lightroom & Photoshop)
  • Strong work ethic, passion for your craft, and attention to detail
  • Familiar with current/future design & video trends
  • Flexible schedule with the freedom to travel for production
  • Digital Portfolio of work that demonstrates video proficiency
  • Must be comfortable being around firearms (candidates with the industry knowledge will be prioritized)

What You Will Be Doing

As a Title Manager/Account Rep on the Client Operations team, your responsibilities will include;

  • Working with the production department and technical team regarding new orders, works-in-progress, and billing.
  • Ensuring client requirements are clearly defined, understood by all appropriate individuals and teams, and planned/coordinated properly to achieve successful execution of projects
  • Developing positive relationships with clients through daily interaction and communication
  • Evaluating client needs and proactively address problems as they arise
  • Communicating/coordinating activities for new and ongoing projects with the production department, technical team, management, and clients
  • Ensuring delivery requirements and objectives are accomplished on time and within budget
  • Overseeing the entire production process, identifying and addressing project changes/issues, and responding to client concerns

The Role: Content Producer

We are seeking a Content Creator/Producer to work across multiple in house brands. This Creator/Producer will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, editing, and on-time delivery of highly impactful, creative, digital video content and assets to support our global brand initiatives and product launches. This position requires a blend of excellent video and photography production skills with the ability to develop entertaining and/or informative storytelling concepts that cut through the content clutter. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, confident in running the content capture process, and a strategic/creative problem-solver, contributing to the process of conception and ideation. The candidate should bring strong project and time management skills, a creative eye and an open mind, receptive to feedback and willing to collaborate. Reporting directly to the Director of Integrated Marketing, s/he will work in closely with the Sr. Graphic Designer and Content Producer to form a creative team that ensures the highest level of quality creative work is delivered. This team works in partnership and in service of Brand Management, Social Media, Education, Trade & Event Marketing, Sales, and Artist Relations to create compelling content that drives engagement with and affinity for our brands and products, amongst our target consumers and artist family. Key Responsibilities:

· Create supporting materials such as titles, graphics, and/or animations to support in the production of video segments.

· Working in collaboration with the Sr. Graphic Designer, who will help drive creative direction for photo shoots, he/she will coordinate, shoot, and deliver photography assets. Leveraging a knowledge of the products and how to appropriately capture them, the Content Creator/Producer should deliver breakthrough lifestyle/editorial and product imagery that drives interest and desire for our brands and products. Periodically, capturing ad-hoc imagery for the Brand and Marketing teams is required.

· Be our video and photography content expert. Bring industry leading ideas and solutions to keep our content on the cutting edge. Have in-depth knowledge of production equipment and technologies.

· Be the control center and executor of live video/streaming communications.

· Manage videography, photography & audio equipment assets, including all details of scheduling and shipping/receiving appropriate equipment to endorsers for remote filming projects.

TMZ Sports has an immediate opening for an Associate Producer on our daily television show, covering the latest in sports pop culture. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, self-starter with news, sports, and/or talk show experience. It’s not a deal-breaker if you’ve never covered celebrity news. The most important factor – the ability to contribute to pre-production and post-production of a daily program in a high-pressure, deadline-driven newsroom environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ideal candidate must have at least 2-3 year of news experience
  • Ability to locate assets for daily show segments
  • Assist Editors and Producers during pre-production and post-production
  • Must have the professional skills required to develop sources, pursue stories, and break news
  • Ability to enterprise news stories

 

Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in sports, pop culture and news are a must.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

·      Solid knowledge of sports, general pop culture and celebrities

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic photoshop knowledge a plus
