Primary Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple theatrical localization projects from client order to delivery completion
  • Establishing a solid understanding of specific client specifications and needs
  • Building strong working relationships with clients and focusing on delivering the highest quality assets on time
  • Liaising with multiple clients and maintaining clear communication
  • Managing complex projects from beginning to end in a timely manner
  • Developing project plans and workflows, managing time, budget, resources and quality control

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Localization (subtitling, dubbing) experience preferred
  • Theatrical Localization experience a plus
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

  • Experience in media industry and post-production workflows
  • Passionate about customer experience and customer service excellence
  • Hands-on experience with digital media workflows is preferred

What You’ll Do

Data is part of the DNA at Peacock. The product analytics and experimentation team at peacock is responsible for making an impact using data, track progress towards goals and to continuously inform product development through high quality analysis and experiments at scale.

The Manager Ads Experimentation will be the Experimentation leader for Peacock Ads. They will focus on the experimentation practice and platform. They will partner with Ads, product, engineering and other experts to shape a shared experimentation playbook to enable trustworthy experiments at scale.

The Manager will also partner with other data and decision science teams to share best practices and improve capabilities around statistics, causal inference, data modeling, testing, personalization, and visualization

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Work with Ads, Product, Decision Science, UX and Engineering to lay out a comprehensive experimentation playbook and roadmap
  • Lead an small team of experimentation professionals focused on Ads experience and innovation
  • Manage an experimentation platform roadmap that supports stakeholder goals and advanced the experimentation practice

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of applied experience in Ads experimentation at an eCommerce, social network, direct to consumer, media entertainment company or similar tech company
  • 1+ years of people management / history of elevating a team
  • BA/BS in technical or quantitative disciple or significant relevant work experience
  • Experience with experiment design and platforms (i.e. in house built, Optimizely, split.io, etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge of statistics and analytical concepts

Hello Sunshine is hiring for a Director of Operations who can work across multiple business units and cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, sales & partnerships, social, product and licensing teams to maximize efficiencies, manage pricing models, and help effectively scale the DTC organization. Partnering with the VP of Operations, you’ll help own & manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, resource allocation & management, P&L management, project management, and process development & implementation. This role will help establish & standardize best practices across the DTC ecosystem around pricing & resource management, while acting as the primary liaison with Finance for revenue reporting. The Director of Operations will be instrumental in helping operationalize an industry leading, strategic and efficient DTC organization.

Responsibilities

> Operations

  • Report into VP of Ops to help manage the day-to-day operational needs across teams within DTC divisions, with a focus on establishing and maintaining pricing models and tracking revenue pipeline in partnership with Sales & Business unit leaders.
  • Collaborate with VP of Ops to establish streamlined inter-departmental day-to-day processes between DTC and Finance/AP, Legal, HR – i.e. processes around invoicing, vendor onboarding, freelance/contractor onboarding & management, service agreement & contract set up.
  • Partner with VP of Ops to own process development materials, roll out, implementation, onboarding & training of existing team and new hires in collaboration with HR and cross-company team leads.

> Finance / Pricing

  • Work with key leaders & stakeholders across DTC divisions to further develop and establish pricing structures & tiering systems for brand partnerships, agency services (influencer marketing, production, integrated marketing, etc) and other co-marketing opportunities.
  • Evaluate incoming RFP requests from sales and other teams for co-marketing opportunities. In partnership with sales leads, understand scope of requests including client ask, sponsorship opportunity, marketing & creative elements, deliverables, budget and timing. Establish a customized pricing model for each RFP to include in client pitch. Work with sales to further develop & update pricing tiers as conversations progress with clients.
  • Maintain and modify pricing models as needed depending on changes in market value of services, brand & co-marketing partnership, social & editorial packages, marketing and audience/consumer reach. Work with VPs, key stakeholders and Operations to make necessary adjustments to pricing guidelines according to pivoting business plans & needs and to ensure consistency and standardization.
  • Assist VP of Ops in managing cross-org data sharing & reporting systems with Finance for tracking monthly sales revenue projected pipeline vs actualized budget costs, and participate in revenue pipeline forecasting exercises.

> Project Management

  • Provide project management support as needed based on PM availability and bandwidth.
  • Manage Airtable/PM tracking boards, facilitate & lead weekly status meetings, develop & manage timelines, establish project prioritization, build strong communication channels between project stakeholders & cross-function teams.
  • Ensure project code matching across platforms for consistency and accuracy in projecting business development pipelines and bandwidth.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Business Operations and Strategy to support and build out our Business Operations. The Business Operations and Strategy team is at the heart ROI analysis across the company and is the engine of insights and strategic decisions for the CEO, CFO and CSO. The team covers cross functional initiatives and has specific business operations verticals along content, ad sales, business development growth, marketing and international. Business Operations and Strategy also works closely with the Finance team and office of the CEO. You will play a pivotal role in driving high impact decisions by ingesting all drivers of the business, analyzing data and interfacing with key stakeholders across the company. This role requires dedication, great attention to detail, acute IQ and EQ skills and effective communication of final products of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Director, Business Operations and Strategy to identify highest priorities for the business and create road maps for parallel projects with the goal of: creating operational visibility to all aspects of the business, driving ROI-based decision making, presenting analytical performance of company KPIs and initiatives, storyboarding and fleshing out C-suite presentations to drive strategy discussions.
  • This role will help architect and deliver scaled output while building out of team capabilities.
  • Content vertical is focused on deep dives into capturing financial performance of specific titles, financial modeling of potential content acquisition deals from dozens of content partners, deep dives into specific content initiatives to identify areas of opportunity for the business. This vertical includes, but is not limited to, identifying drivers of content performance, evaluating drivers of content viewership, optimization around machine learning driven content engines, building out of complex models for varying content deal types, and cost optimization around content deals.
  • Sales vertical is focused on deep dives into ad sales revenue streams of the business, cross sectional views of performance of direct, partner, specific advertisers as well as specific revenue KPIs (cpm, fill, capacity). Ample opportunity to expand into ad sales operations and streamlining opportunities for improvements.
  • Growth vertical is focused on return on investment on user acquisition spend across all channels, tradeoffs of resource allocation, evaluation of strategic opportunities across OTT platforms, and identifying barriers and solutions to scaling.
  • Marketing vertical is focused on tracking what is typically not analytical metrics, defining success and delineating roadmaps for roll out of marketing initiatives in a cost-effective manner.

Your background:

  • MBA or equivalent experience
