You will be

  • Grow both brands’ house files and email lists
  • Manage the entire email process; building the strategic plan, creating the email calendar, working with the production team to ensure proper inventory levels, leading the design and copy team to create each email, receiving executive approvals, working with the site operations manager to establish proper landing pages and site flows from the emails, working with our 3rd party vendor to get the email setup and deployed within our ESP, establishing a robust QA process to ensure a great customer experience, and analysing email performance reports to enhance future emails
  • Lead strategic and technical projects (implement triggers) to advance the email channel

The Email & SMS Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall email and sms marketing strategy and execution from beginning to end for each campaign to ensure proper segmentation, journey-creation, technical QA, deployment, and post-deployment checks. The Director, Acquisition Marketing leads our paid media & SEO efforts. This role is responsible for paid advertising performance (demand growth, advertising efficiency, and new customer acquisition), as well as a team of direct reports. Having already made hires within the marketing team, the team focus now lies on expanding further – specifically within CRM and wider digital and eCommerce teams. The team is looking for a CRM & Community Manager who will oversee and develop the function. The role has a clear career development plan and will progress into a Head of CRM role with the opportunity to build and grow the CRM team further.

You will work closely with the eCommerce and wider marketing team, driving the CRM strategy and playing a key role in building a retention strategy through loyalty and re-engagement campaigns.
