Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an exceptionally talented and experienced creative director to lead our design team and drive our creative vision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating outstanding visual content and bringing creative ideas to life. As our creative director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our creative strategy. You will also supervise a pool of resources in the marketing department, including content writers, web developers, SEO specialists, and email specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts and strategies that align with our brand vision and mission
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, content writers, web developers, SEO specialists, and email specialists to ensure the delivery of high-quality visual content and marketing collateral that meets the needs of the business and our customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions across multiple platforms and channels
- Lead the development of creative campaigns, including advertising, social media, tradeshow, and email marketing
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies and share insights and best practices with the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, art, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills across various platforms and mediums
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of designers and marketing specialists
- Experience managing and executing multiple creative projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry-standard design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
