About the Role

This role will be responsible for all aspects including but not limited to: social media channels, PR press, influencers relations, and marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional partners both internally and externally to manage and execute all aspects of the DTC eCommerce marketing strategies.

*The position requires 2-3 days working in the office, the rest of the week can work from home.

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners both internally and externally to manage and execute all aspects of the DTC eCommerce marketing strategies;
  • Analyze all key customer data points and sharing of key findings across relevant teams and executives to find a creative way to increase the brand awareness and activations;
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives;
  • Manage the overarching marketing calendar to drive alignment across North American markets across a portfolio of products;
  • Develop marketing program recaps to evaluate success of campaigns and efficiency of spend;
  • Create regular and timely reports on key marketing metrics (including, forecasting, digital advertising, social media, content, customer acquisition, tracking spend to forecast, etc.)
  • Oversee all organic social media channels content plannings and execution; press coverage landing for product launches and brand campaigns; communications strategy and activations for brand or product collaborations and partnerships;
  • Extensive knowledge of eCommerce technology and sophisticated analytic tools and apps;
  • Understanding of growth marketing and performance marketing and being able to assort to drive up the sales.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or digital Marketing preferred;
  • 8+ years of experience in Women’s Apparel & Fashion is required, in DTC eCommerce is a big plus;
  • 5+ years of proven leadership of large marketing campaigns as well as the direct ownership of social media, PR, Brand and influencer;
  • Excellent, multi-faceted communicator with strong written and verbal communications skills;
  • Familiar with the latest trend in contemporary fashion and the intersection with culture;
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to spot growth opportunities;
  • Ability to create, understand and communicate data related to business;

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative/Art Director to lead the visual and creative department at Summer Fridays. As the Creative/Art Director, you will be responsible for managing the overall visual identity of the brand across all touch points, including digital, social, print, packaging and retail. You will be responsible for managing direct reports and agencies to ensure the delivery of exceptional visual and creative work that aligns with Summer Fridays’ brand standards.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of the brand’s visual and creative strategy across all channels, including digital, social, print, packaging and retail
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Founders, Marketing, Product Development, Digital and Sales) to ensure consistent messaging, alignment to brand standards and all touch points are optimized for performance

Position Summary:

As an Art Director, you will set the vision and lead a team executing various creative projects ranging from visual style and design from Gamefam games, to development of marketing assets and pitch materials. You will operate as a creative and sometimes technical leader for a team of artists, programmers, and designers. You will conceptualize and construct prototypes, style guides, pitch decks, and storyboards, lead pitch meetings, and guide your team through all phases of production, while providing constructive feedback to both veteran and junior developers. You may also work with Marketing on both asset and concept development, as well as with external partners and vendors, to make sure that Gamefam’s brand continues to be the benchmark moving forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate creative vision for Gamefam games and lead the team executing all the graphic and visual elements of the game. This includes original IP and licensed games working very closely with IP owners
  • Oversee full production of assets, while providing creative direction and insight at all levels of creative.
  • Lead the team to developing and delivering top-quality creative for all game marketing campaigns – icons, thumbnails, banner ads, social media – collaborating with cross functional team and external brand partners
  • Ability to concept and pitch full creative vision to brand partners and leadership while maintaining continuity across multiple types of executions.
  • Lead by example with a positive influence for all levels of talent both full-time and part-time.

  • Experience in 3D Modeling is preferred, but not required.
  • Passion for gaming with a deep knowledge of Roblox, Minecraft and/or Fortnite
  • Strong creative ideation with a solutions-oriented mentality when under pressure.
  • Passion for the craft with a willingness to contribute at all stages of production.
  • Portfolio demonstrating original, high-quality artwork and Art Direction.

Ten Thousand is looking for an innovative Creative Director to join our Brand Marketing team. The ideal candidate is a proven creative leader, technical designer and gifted communicator. Reporting into our SVP of Brand, you’ll be responsible for bringing a strategic lens to creative output, evolving the brand look/feel, producing engaging content and leading the creative department with vision and structure. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build the Ten Thousand brand into a household name with deep relevance and authenticity.

TAKE THE HELM OF A SUMMER CAMP RECORDING STUDIO!

We are looking for an inspiring, greatly skilled, organized, and enthusiastic Producer/Songwriter/Educator to work with campers (ages 8-15) at one of the following highly regarded sleep away camps:

This position as RECORDING STUDIO MUSIC DIRECTOR will facilitate the creation and production of an album (about 7-15 songs) that features the original music and lyrics written & recorded by the campers over the course of the summer! Classes to be led include Songwriting & Recording, Performance Coaching, and Beat Production. Music Ascension will provide mastering engineer and graphic designer.

Our multi-room camp recording studios are equipped with Pro Tools, Ableton, Logic, and Reason .

Although you will have the ability to use the recording studio for your own work at night and off hours, please know this is not an Artist-In-Residence position and you will often need to use non-teaching time for session prep as well as post production responsibilities.

QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

– Collaborative, positive-minded, and able to help cultivate a fun and creative space.

– Strong experience in songwriting and music production and feel right at home running a recording studio.

– Experience teaching in group settings. Private lessons are great, but we are looking for people that can command a room and inspire groups of people to get excited about making music.

– Ability to have a very solid studio workflow while working with campers.

– Experience in mixing.

– Prior attendance or prior work at a summer camp a major plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Total Summer Salary= $5,500 – $8,500 (based upon experience) + Room & Board provided at camp.
