Photography Internship – PAID
Position Summary
We are seeking TWO paid Photography Interns whose primary objective is to shoot, edit and catalog photography assets. This position will work with creative, marketing, merchandising as well as external vendors to generate, gather, store, and distribute visual assets as needed. This team member will be responsible for photographing products for our e-commerce site, catalog and other photography needs in a way that highlights key features and benefits and will allow us to stand out in the marketplace. Horse experience and a passion for horses is ideal. The Photography Intern reports to the Creative Supervisor.
What you will do
- Photograph products in-studio for website and catalog use following our standards & guidelines
- Batch and edit images including resizing, retouching and color correcting
- Add metadata and keywords to digital images
- Assist by cataloging/organizing photo database in an efficient manner
- Obtain images from national brand vendors
- Prepare and upload images to ecommerce website
- Assist creative team in preparation for and during on-location/lifestyle photo shoots
- Limited on-location, live action horse and model photography, with room to grow
- Ability to maintain quality when working under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, time management, organization and attention to detail
- High level of energy and drive to meet deadlines and delivery dates
- Ability to walk, sit or stand for an entire shift
- Occasional physical activity such as lifting and carrying boxes up to 40lbs
- Ability to work extended days and hours
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the equestrian industry – knowledgeable and comfortable working with horses as well as in different stable environments.
- Photography experience – preferably in studio, product, equine, ecommerce, marketing or advertising related experience
- Working knowledge of DSLR cameras, lighting equipment and techniques, and supporting equipment and maintenance
- Currently enrolled or have post-secondary degree in photography or related field (or minimum 2 years of experience with portfolio)
- Proficient in up-to-date Adobe Creative Suite – specifically Lightroom, Photoshop, Bridge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Superior photo editing and retouching skills
- Excel in natural and artificial lighting techniques
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure

The Role: Digital Producer
We’re seeking a successful self-starter with at least five years of direct digital production experience to join the creative team. The Digital Producer should be able to juggle multiple plans and projects across a variety of clients and possess a desire to provide out-of-the-box solutions to unique challenges. We’re looking for a team player and lifelong learner in search of their next step.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a digital producer or directly related experience
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills to be able to work with our North America-based distributed teams, client teams, vendor partners and LATAM-based development team

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Execute paid media/display ads, landing pages, and integrated campaigns through coordination with account teams, media, creative and development
- Partner with account leadership to create action plans for campaign execution – collaborate on decision making, prioritization and delegation of tasks
- Learn and execute non-traditional projects (e.g., Alexa skills, AR assets, mobile games, chatbots, etc.)
- Be part Creative Technologist – research and present to teams on new technology trends, both in the industry and outside
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to ideate out-of-the-box executions that align with the campaign message
- Work with analytics, media and account teams on performance and optimization
- Understand overall scope and revise based on client requests — anticipating or calling out risks and identifying solutions for difficult situations
- Consult in the assessment of creative work to ensure high quality of output and ensure it is on brief
- Advocate for best practices, as well as test and learn opportunities within media and creative
- Cultivate close working relationships with suppliers and partners, including creative partners, media agencies, development companies, etc.

Hotbed is seeking a skilled Executive Producer/Account Services Leader to join our growing team. This person will be the main client contact and project architect for the company, working with clients to build video engagements that solve their business challenges creatively and effectively. The Executive Producer will lead the Hotbed team of producers and artists in project and business performance, guiding them as they create and execute projects, ensuring their work meets client agreed-upon goals, and Hotbed standards of quality throughout.
Responsibilities:
- Client Services: You’ll work with clients to create lasting relationships over the course of the video engagement and beyond. The project is a comedic short film that centers around a sign language interpreter. STORE 5a is the largest authentic pre-owned luxury retailer in the Midwest with both online and in-store operations. As we are rapidly growing our e-commerce presence, we are looking for an experienced photographer to deliver quality assets that elevate our brand and resonate with our online shoppers. In addition to photography skills, the ideal candidate will have graphic design experience and will be able to assist in designing digital ads, emails, and website banners. A keen eye for fashion is a must.
The Photographer is responsible for photographing all categories of STORE 5a products (estate watches, handbags, fine jewelry, and accessories). This role works with our Marketing and Operations teams to meet daily productivity levels and produce photography of luxury merchandise to high-quality standards.
A significant percentage of time consists of photographing product shots and model shots for new arrival merchandise weekly.

- Lead actress needed for short horror film “Treatment” to be filmed in Willoughby, Ohio. Must be available in October for at least two of the following possible shoot dates.

- Mia: 17-24, is an addict grieving over the recent loss of her mother. Instead of returning to rehab she agrees to an experimental treatment that’s rumored to be 100% effective – to spend the night alone in an abandoned water plant that many say is a portal to hell. Almost half of this film will be shot in found footage style.
