Destination Casting is excited to announce we are accepting submissions for a brand new Feature Film from Nick Cannon, Miracles Across 125th Street!

We are accepting submissions for paid, stand ins, background and featured talent to work as local hires in the Atlanta GA area!

 

NOW CASTING RECURRING BACKGROUND:

 

Work Dates: This role will work MULTIPLE DAYS (some consecutive) between 8/19-9/3

MUST have full open availability.

Shoot Location: Atlanta GA area

COVID-19 TESTING: 8/16 AND 8/17 9AM-9PM!

Testing bump: +$20 per test paid on work day

 

Testing Location: ATLANTA GA

Full face, can wear size 59-61 eyewear, stocky, athletic build, outdoorsy (comfortable camping and hiking), great smile, facial hair a plus, preferably does not have a buzzcut.

USAGE: Usage OPTION: Unlimited, unrestricted, Worldwide Usage, in all areas of advertising in all media including but not limited to print, brochures, collateral, www web, digital, electronic media, all social and emerging medias and apps, and non-broadcast video including all outtakes, for (2) two years from date of first insertion.

VIRTUAL CALLBACK DATE: Wed August 18, 2021

FITTING DATE: August 26, 2021

TESTING DATE: TBD. Testing will need to be done as close to the shoot date as possible with the timeframe of the PCR test.

SHOOT DATE: August 28 or 29, 2021

SHOOT LOCATION: Charleston, SC

 

16 Talent will be booked (8 Principals and 8 COVID back-ups). All will be paid for Fitting, Testing and Session fees. Only Principals will be paid for Usage and possible Exclusivity fee.

COVID Back-ups (who do not end up as principals) will not be needed on shoot dates.

TB & Covid Testing Fee: $250

Fitting Fee: $250

Session Fee: $1,000

Usage OPTION: $2,500

Possible Exclusivity OPTION: $5,000

(Renewals for Usage and Exclusivity is pre-negotiated for an additional 2 years at the same rates above)

TALENT MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR FITTING AND SHOOT DATES IN CHARLESTON.

 

 

Must pass COVID test to work. Even if you test negative, you are not confirmed for work unless we send you details confirming shoot day.

This is a period show set in the 1970s Starring Sean Penn and Julia Roberts. No visible tattoos. No eyelash extensions/fake nails/unnatural hair colors/modern hairstyles. Men, must be okay being clean shaven if necessary. Size is very critical, you MUST have current sizes on your profile.

In order to be considered, you MUST update your profile with A CURRENT SELFIE, CURRENT SIZES, and MUST complete the Anti-Harassment Training in order to work.

This production is requiring all cast & crew to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and to be considered for work you MUST FALL INTO EITHER OF THE TWO FOLLOWING CATEGORIES: (1) fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson) or (2) have a disability or sincerely held religious belief that prevents vaccination.

if you meet this criteria, only submit accordingly, WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AT THIS TIME. If you are selected, you will be given separate information on how to provide evidence to the production that you fall within the two categories mentioned above. Any job offer will be conditioned on satisfactorily showing such evidence to the production AND testing negative for COVID. The production will collect your evidence, not Central Casting; thus do NOT send your evidence to Central Casting.

 

No acting experience is necessary, just a love for Disney and great attitude. Production will arrange for and pay for all Covid testing just prior to the shoot.

No WDW accommodations will be provided. MUST BE LOCAL OR SELF REPORT.

Park Passes are not guaranteed after the shoot, but in the past, talent has been able to spend the rest of the day in the park.

Booking Fully Vaccinated Audience Members for the MAGIC MIKE show for the following upcoming dates— Sunday, August 22, Thursday, August 26, and, Wednesday, September 1, 2021.

You can do 1, 2, or all 3 days.

 

You would have to come to the Sahara Hotel Gordo Meeting / Ballroom on the 2nd Floor for a Covid Test 2 days prior to each show so to work Sunday, August 22, you definitely have to come and Covid Test on Friday, August 20, etc.

 

The rate of pay is $150 CASH paid at wrap after each shooting day.
