Our client is seeking a talented Creative Producer to join their emerging team in an ongoing contract.

About The Role

This candidate will bring your project management and people skills to organize and execute projects for cross-functional initiatives across internal design teams, partner agencies and production houses. Our candidate will support the evolution of creative designs ranging from static, to motion, to video, to audio, by effectively articulating the work, milestones, deadlines and goals along the way. This person will work closely with Emerging Creative’s Design Operations Lead to enable designers and external partners to successfully deliver upon a wide range of ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with Emerging Creative’s Design Operations Lead on operational project workflows including briefs, SOW’s, timelines, cross functional communications, creative reviews, project check-ins, project tracking, asset management, localization, production design and retrospectives
• Primary day-to-day contact on projects with agencies and internal design teams
• Assist in planning, capturing timelines and setting-up checkpoints for Emerging Creative projects alongside the Design Operations Lead
• Support Emerging Creative team on meetings, projects and cross-functional collaborations and communications
• Monitor communication channels related to our projects & with our agencies and help to follow up on open issues
• Help to facilitate meetings at a regular cadence to keep projects moving forward
• Administrate tools and applications as needed by the teams
• Successfully collaborate with operational leaders, design leaders and designers

The Must-Haves

• 5-10+ years working within a creative agency and/or in-house environment in a tech/retail/consumer creative role
• Working knowledge of video production, mixing and finishing
• Ability to understand creative strategy and help drive execution to support it
• Figma tool experience

Regardless of vaccination, you must still test negative for COVID-19 on one or more tests to be arranged by production prior to the first production work date.  

Lastly, please note that under the July 19, 2021 Return to Work Agreement, if you test negative for COVID-19 and do not show up to work on the production work date, the production is not required to pay you for the testing.
