Responsibilities:

  • Bringing in new business through inbound and outbound marketing activities.
  • Creating proposals, quotes, pitching and onboarding clients.
  • Taking part and leading creative sessions and bringing social-first ideas to the table.
  • Sourcing talent, locations, props and crew.
  • Creating project briefs, shoot schedules, shot lists and call sheets.
  • Attending and managing shoots on location across the UK, mostly within London.
  • Delegating tasks to colleagues and organising project handovers.
  • Delivering multiple projects to tight deadlines whilst managing conflicting demands.
  • Document and troubleshoot issues ahead of time where possible. 
  • Demonstrate excellent communication with clients, strategic partners and colleagues and regularly follow up with post-mortems.

The Individual:

  • 2+ years experience in producing commercial film shoots as a freelancer or part of a production agency.
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Has a great understanding and stays up to date with the different social media platforms, digital marketing, filmmaking and current trends.
  • Diligence in your work and a killer creative taste.
  • Experience in costing projects and managing production budgets.
  • Experience using project management tools such as the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Asana and Notion (or similar).
  • Independence to work on your own, take initiative and innovate processes.
  • A willingness to travel (both domestically and internationally).
  • Has a full UK drivers license.

TALENT COMPENSATION:

OCP Talent Session Assumptions:
~ $500 x 8 hr session + overtime, up to 12 hrs**
~ $3000 Buyout per talent, use fees will only be paid if talent artist is featured in the final edit (over 1 second).
+ 10% agency fee (if applicable)
~ Fitting: $150 / per person
~ CoVid Test $75 / per person

Extras Session Assumptions:
~ $250 x 8 hr session + overtime, up to 12 hrs

**NOTES: Overtime assumes time and a half for hours 9 and 10, and double time for hours 11 and 12.

** You will be required to test NEGATIVE to COVID for the booking to be confirmed. If you test POSITIVE to CoVid, you will not be asked to come to set and film. Your booking becomes Null. However, you would be paid the CoVid test rate.

Once booked, all performers must bring one of the following for I9 verifications to the fitting:

As the Producer, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of creatives to fully realize the show concept and deliver a successful series measured both by creative excellence and audience engagement. While you will be the creative lead and visionary for this series you will also interact with our physical production team to ensure creative and budgets are aligned.

Donut Media is the leading destination for automotive enthusiasts on the internet. Our YouTube channel creates original content that sparks ambition, thrill, and the “get your hands dirty”​ attitude for intellectually curious car fanatics!

The Opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity to champion a new series with the backing and support of a brand name like Donut Media. In this role you will lead a team of creatives in creating compelling episodic content that not only engages our current subscribers but attracts new fans and subscribers and grows our YouTube channel. The Responsibilities:

As Show Producer, you will perform the following activities:

Work with executives to develop show format and vision for the show across multiple episodes.

Assemble a new creative team! Oversee and manage that team from writing ideas through to post-production.

Develop thumbnails with the creative team.

Work with production teams to coordinate creative vision and production logistics to deliver final episodes and deliverables.

Work with talent coordinator to manage talent availability.

Oversee the identification and sourcing of featured products for series.

Ensure final delivery is on time and on budget.

The Qualifications:

Strong working knowledge of automotive mechanics is a must to succeed in this role.

Experience in reality tv game show formats is preferred, sourcing contestants and legalities around contests and fulfillment.

Experience overseeing mid-range live-action production budgets and associated logistics, while this is YouTube this is not a low-budget production.

Proven writing experience in episodic content, writing samples are a plus.

Experience working in Youtube/Digital Video. You should know the formats, trends, production and animation styles prevalent on YouTube.

Experience overseeing edits if not also possessing hands-on editorial skills.

The Person:

An aptitude for storytelling, with experience and understanding of unscripted/reality, on YouTube and other digital platforms, is essential.

Comfortable working alone with a high degree of autonomy.

Position Overview

The Associate Producer is critical in securing the best quality content possible and contributing to class creation throughout every stage of production. The AP works alongside the Content Team and teacher to develop the content they will lead for live classes, reviewing every class in real-time to thoroughly ensure safety, accuracy, and Glo’s best practices.

In post-production, this role is the gatekeeper between our production process and publishing content to the platform, reviewing each piece of content for appropriate leveling, tagging, sound, and display. As needed, this position will also support in-studio or on-location shoots alongside the Studio Team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with world-class instructors under a unique subscription offering that’s changing the landscape of health and wellness.

What You’ll Do

  • Livestream Teacher Support: Support teachers ahead of scheduled livestream classes in order to fulfill member needs; Serve as a content expert in order to provide feedback to teachers, communicating any therapeutic or quality concerns quickly to production and talent; Take notes while reviewing classes live in order to aid the Production Team in publishing classes on-demand within 24 business hours.
  • Content Development & Research: Maintain and uphold consistent QC standards across modality of expertise through all stages or production; Pitch content ideas supported with research in preparation for livestream class development; Develop content ideas based on research on general market trends, teacher interests, and insights provided from Glo’s Data team; Once content ideas are approved by the Content Team and teacher, work directly with the teacher to support his or her preparation; Research prospective teachers (as directed); Support the Customer Experience team to answer user questions and/or make changes to available classes.
  • Post-Production Quality Assurance: Review all video content by deadlines outlined by the Content Team before content is scheduled to be published; Maintain communication feedback loops with the Production Team on edit requests as needed; Ensure accurate class tagging and file management when preparing content to be published.
