SUMMARY
The Communication Projects Coordinator will support Hope Walks efforts to increase engagement and support of our organization. The Communication Projects Coordinator will work with the Hope Walks’ program and development teams to facilitate activities that increase program compliance and clearly communicate our mission and increase annual giving. This will be done by leading three main initiatives: social media, brace painting project, and outreach activities. He/she will have a creative and competitive drive to grow these initiatives and an affable and energetic personality to connect and communicate well with individuals and groups. This is a unique position, working across many departments of Hope Walks so collaboration and project management skills are essential. RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Hope Walks’ social media channels in collaboration with other development team members in order to grow donor engagement and annual giving campaigns.
Manage Hope Walks’ brace painting project in coordination with our international clubfoot programs to make it an effective tool to increase brace compliance and facilitate relationships with potential US partners. Brace painting project responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage inventory of supplies necessary for the project
- Support brace painting activities, either individual or groups to ensure goals are met and the timely return of the leathers
- Coordinate with program staff to ensure timely communication and to receive quality images of the completed brace and stories of impact
