  • Develop eCommerce Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategies aligned with overall business objectives to drive incremental sales growth. Identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation in the online marketplace.
  • Sales Growth Optimization: Utilize your expertise to analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify areas of growth and devise strategies to maximize sales revenue. Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Policy Development: Formulate and implement eCommerce policies and procedures that align with industry standards and regulations while ensuring optimal customer experience and conversion rates. Establish guidelines for pricing, promotions, customer service, and product presentation.

  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, marketing, and operations, to integrate and optimize eCommerce technologies and platforms.   • Conversion Rate Optimization: Utilize analytics and user experience insights to identify areas for improvement in conversion rates, user engagement, and customer retention. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance website usability, navigation, and overall customer journey.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with finance and supply chain to develop and manage eCommerce budgets. Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to assess the financial impact of eCommerce initiatives and make informed business decisions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant field, required. MBA, a plus.

Product Line Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Product Line Manager to help create business plans and drive product lifecycle planning, including new product development, sustained product management, and end-of-life product transitions for the product line(s) assigned.

The Product Line Manager supports the North American company’s premium Quality products onboarding growth strategy by driving new and innovative products that help achieve the company’s top-line revenue and bottom-line profit targets. They are responsible for ensuring that data for each item within the assigned product line is documented completely, accurately, and precisely. Responsibilities of the Product Line Manager:

  • Creates business and product generation plans and adjusts over time where needed to ensure a strategic, future-oriented product portfolio for the North American market
  • Drives the product cycle planning process to deliver a steady flow of innovative products, energize existing products, and eliminate/improve underperforming products
  • Utilizes the Concept Document (CD) process to ensure that new products are specified to meet industry, customer and consumer needs and are delivered on time within those specifications
  • Works closely with the sales team in identifying product gaps in the category and in identifying new items needed to maintain and grow market share across accounts
  • Guides the sales team in submitting new items for quote or development using the correct processes (RFQ or CDR Processes)

The salary range for this position is $110,000 – $120,000. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data.
