Responsibilities includes but not limited to

  • Serve as direct point of contact for execution of activations, including liaising directly with clients, leading communication and collaboration between internal and external partners, creative oversight on multiple program elements, and on-set coverage for content creation.
  • Deliver a structured approach to project management, time management and prioritisation of tasks.
  • To include: Organising kick off meetings, hosting weekly status meetings, capturing detailed contact reports, the creation and delivery of a detailed and well thought out roadmap (production schedule) and project status documents, At all times ensuring all contractual elements have been considered and appropriate lead times and approval processes have been built in
  • The ability to work under pressure whilst keeping attention to detail, pre-empting issues and managing any challenges proactively and positively alongside the account lead
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Planning, Activation, Strategy and Analytics, to ensure holistic campaign delivery.

A bit about you

  • Background in media, marketing, advertising, agencies, production, creative, or the arts
  • Digital media knowledge / experience would be a bonus
  • Ability to pivot and adjust to a fast paced, ever changing environment

Beauty By Imagination is looking for an experienced Influencer Manager to join our expanding team. The Influencer Manager is responsible for developing, evolving, and executing influencer marketing strategy for our rapidly growing, category-leading hair care, tools and accessories brands.

This team member will manage our multi-brand agency relationship on a day-to-day basis, from campaign briefing through influencer selections, campaign execution and measurement. You will work cross-functionally with other BBI departments to ensure strategy and message are aligned to brand and commercial goals, and that assets are engaging and drive MOM performance. You thrive in a fast-paced creative environment and can pivot quickly to optimize initiatives when needed and capitalize on trends and opportunities as they arise. Demonstrated expertise required across leading platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Social Media, Marketing and Communications teams on all aspects of influencer campaign strategy, execution, and measurement across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
  • Nurture influencer relationships and regularly identify and develop new relationships within relevant communities (creators, platforms, agencies)
  • Track and manage usage rights for UGC across earned, owned and paid environments, and manage any necessary invoicing and payments
  • Manage execution of ad hoc influencer gifting/product seeding
  • Represent the Social Media Team in relevant meetings and projects as needed.
  • Create slides, and provide analyses and competitive insights for management meetings in order to showcase strategy, performance, trends, etc.
  • Manage and track agency invoices, payments, p, SOWs, etc, as well as maintain internal budget trackers.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of influencer marketing and/or related marketing experience and demonstrated success in executing both small and large influencer programs from start to finish
  • Experience successfully managing projects and agency partners Natural storyteller who understands brand DNA, voice and aesthetics
  • Fluency with analytics ; adept at translating data into actionable insights
  • Early adopter of new and emerging social media platforms (must be able to speak to and demonstrate an acumen for the platforms and the people that use them)
  • Extensive knowledge of major social media platforms and technologies, how to tailor content by platform, what kind of content works best to build new audiences, retain existing ones, and meet specific marketing goals
  • This role is NYC-based with a hybrid schedule of both in-office and remote workdays. Must be available to be in NYC as needed.
  • Beauty/hair care and multi-brand portfolio experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Dash Hudson is a bonus.

Casting Call for Garnier Olia Users!

We are looking for women & men who colour their own hair and who are currently or have in the past used GARNIER OLIA – to appear in the brand’s latest commercial campaign.

We are looking for ALL hair colours & types, all looks, ages, body shapes, ethnicities & heritage!

MUST BE:

  • Aged 30 and up
  • London based
  • All cast must have used Olia permanent home hair dye in the past and be willing to do so again pre-shoot (we will be matching your current/natural hair colour i.e. NOT doing colour changes)
  • Fluent in English and able to deliver scripted lines in a natural, authentic way (happy to consider people who are not native speakers i.e. people with a range of accents as long as they’re able to confidently deliver lines in English to camera)
  • Two of the people we’re looking to cast must be real Mother & Daughter
  • No heavy tattoos or piercings that could distract from the hair colour

No acting experience necessary – we’re simply looking for great personalities, happy to chat about their hair on camera!

Spritz Society is seeking a Creative Producer to confidently lead and organize creative campaigns across the brand. This individual will collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Social teams to streamline all projects from start to finish. This includes crafting budgets, developing project timelines, managing agency partners, and leading team communication. The Project Manager is someone with sharp attention to detail and the ability to think ahead while overseeing multiple aspects of the campaign cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and produce campaigns that are in-line with the brand vision, overseeing workflows, defining scope, and developing timelines and key milestones.
  • Manage projects through brainstorms, planning, production, execution, and wrap-up.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of brand marketing or creative agency experience.
  • Demonstrated history of leading marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous beverage alcohol industry experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record in defining project steps, managing a team, and leading brands towards successful campaign execution.
  • Strong attention to detail including time-management and sharp organization.
