Production Assistants for Live Event Staffing

A live event production is seeking production assistants and labor staff to support a technology client event. This role involves hands-on work assisting with event setup, breakdown, and logistics. It’s a great opportunity for experienced production assistants who enjoy fast-paced environments and behind-the-scenes event operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Move furniture and prepare event spaces
- Pack and organize boxes and equipment
- Support TV and electronics setup
- Assist with load-in and load-out operations
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous production or event experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with physical labor and long periods of standing
- Friendly, professional, and well-spoken
- Able to work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from the event
Compensation
- $40 per hour
- Parking, rideshare, and transit reimbursement (with receipt)
