Fisher-Price Commercial – Parents & Babies

Job Description
Casting real parents with babies for an upcoming Fisher-Price commercial filming in Columbus, Ohio. Production is seeking families with babies ages 3–14 months to demonstrate natural interactions, playtime moments, and developmental milestones. Each selected family will receive a session fee, and additional usage fees will be paid to those featured in the final edit. Travel reimbursement may be provided for nearby out-of-town families driving in.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in a commercial shoot showcasing real parent-child interactions

  • Follow simple direction to demonstrate natural playtime activities

  • Engage with age-appropriate toys (tummy time toys, play gyms, keyboards, etc.)

  • Ensure baby is comfortable, safe, and supported during filming

  • Bring genuine connection and warmth to camera

Requirements

  • Real parents in their 20s–40s with babies ages 3–14 months

  • Must be comfortable on camera

  • Must live close enough to drive to Columbus (no airfare provided)

  • Families must fit one of the developmental categories below:

Tummy Time (3–6 months + parent)

  • Able to lay on tummy

  • Able to roll over

  • Strong kicker

Sitting Up (6–11 months + parent)

  • Strong sitter

  • Loves keyboards or interactive toys

Beginning Walkers (11–14 months, child only)

  • Able to get up and walk

  • Able to bring a toy to their parent

Compensation

  • Adults: $600/day session fee

  • Kids: $400/day session fee

  • Usage (full global buyout): Adults $2,000 / Kids $1,000

  • Gas reimbursement and potential hotel for nearby out-of-town families

This project highlights lived experiences, offering authentic voices to help others reclaim their narrative.

Job Responsibilities

  • Co-lead the Professional Development course, guiding participants through lessons on career growth and personal presence

  • Share your personal story of lived experience to inspire and connect with viewers

  • Collaborate with production and another co-lead to ensure authenticity and relatability in lesson delivery

  • Record six 30-minute lessons, bringing clarity, passion, and professionalism on screen

  • Participate in prep sessions with the production team to align script and delivery with your voice

Requirements

  • Open to all gender identities (female-presenting talent encouraged to apply)

  • Age range: 18–65

  • Ethnically diverse representation encouraged, though not required

  • Must be justice-impacted with the ability to authentically connect with the program’s goals

  • Comfortable speaking on camera and leading educational segments

Compensation

  • SAG rates, approximately $600/day for 4 days
