In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of digital media experts in designing, launching, and optimizing campaigns with a focus on pay-per-click (PPC) and the goal of driving positive ROI for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of performance media, pay-per-click, and digital media subject matter experts providing guidance and growth opportunities.
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated plans across self-serve advertising platforms within search, social, display and eCommerce, including testing recommendations.
- Comprehensive understanding of the campaign brief and translating it into prioritized media objectives and KPIs.
- Leverage data and insights to inform strategies that drive maximum engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, development, project management, analytics) to ensure seamless campaign launches, from planning through execution and reporting.
- Closely monitor campaigns, optimize results, and ensure KPIs are being achieved within budget.
- Provide detailed performance analysis, deep insights, data-driven recommendations, and succinct, clearly communicated presentations to internal and client teams.
- Drive our pay-per-click best practices and act as an educational resource by continually staying informed on platform updates and industry trends.
- Ensure established PPC process is being followed and all deliverables are completed on time, evaluate current process for both effectiveness and efficiency, and develop ongoing process improvements.
- Promote and embrace a positive working relationship within the department, cross-functionally within the agency, with our clients and with media vendors, driving strong collaboration and partnership.
- Develop people within the team by coaching, identifying areas for growth, celebrating successes, managing review process and identifying/facilitating training opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Seasoned digital media leader with 10+ years of pay-per-click experience (paid search, paid social, display, eCommerce), with impeccable attention to detail.
- Strong experience training and coaching team members.
- A tech-savvy thinker who has expertise in digital media platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram Business Manager, LinkedIn, Google Campaign Manager), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Datorama), and PPC management platforms (Marin, Kenshoo, Media Optimizer, Google Search Ads 360). Certifications preferred.
- Highly engaged and passionate about optimizing our clients’ campaigns, with ability to see and capitalize on performance improvement opportunities.
- Experience with analytics teams/performance dashboards and providing direction on data requirements and report visualizations.
- The ability to assess data, draw conclusions, develop actionable insights, and present clearly defined future actions.
- Strong, client-facing communication skills across a variety of settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. Attentively listens to others. Adjusts to fit the audience and message. Provides timely and helpful information to others across the organization.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and a quick learner; able to operate independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assistant Videographer/Editor position requires skills in a high-volume production environment specializing in the final storytelling of a project. This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the filming and editing process for company video projects. This position requires a diverse knowledge of industry standard types of cameras and production equipment along with basic Avid editing skills. They will work closely with the Producers, Videographers and Editors on staff to ensure projects are completed on time and with the highest technical and aesthetic standards. They are responsible for maintaining the company’s production assets and working with the department production calendar so that equipment is ready for each project.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support production staff with variety of projects using production gear including various models of cameras, lenses, tripods, and other gear related to shooting.
- Work with Production team to build sets for production needs.
- Assist with general duties.
- Maintaining production equipment before and after projects.
- Coordinate the tracking of all production assets.
- Assist with research and ordering of equipment.
- Support with reporting and tracking maintenance and repairs of production equipment.
- Ingest media into company’s archiving system and prepare media for Editors.
- Log footage and edit basic to intermediate level projects.
- Operate additional cameras as needed for production needs including live events.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: Minimum college or trade school experience in production or similar field..
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of practical field experience working in multiple aspects of film and video production.
- Color grading at intermediate level.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Thorough understanding of fishing, hunting, and other outdoor skills as required to best work with production team in outdoor recreation company.
- Strong work ethic. Outgoing personality with ability to interact within group of creative individuals in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. Willingness to react with short notice to changes in daily routine.
- Willing to travel as required – often locations require extensive driving and multiple night stays with early and late hours.
- Strong communication skills – able to understand direction and make themselves understood when communicating objectives for accomplishing story lines or goals of a production.
- Thorough knowledge of Avid non-linear editing systems, specifically the Avid Media Composer or similar.
- Strong working knowledge of various codecs, containers and file types used in today’s media environment.
- Able to work within a team environment including in the field or studio and in the post process, editing and finishing.
- Able to lift and carry heavy equipment in variety of terrain and conditions from very hot to very cold.
- Good driving record, able to secure Missouri Operator’s License Class E.
- Good organizational skills: able to keep multiple projects balanced at any one time
- Strong video resume required. This resume should demonstrate samples from all of the areas mentioned above.
