TBWAMedia Arts Lab (or MAL as you’ll hear us called) is the bespoke global advertising agency dedicated solely to Apple. Our mission is to create smart, simple and iconic work that transforms business and makes culture for the world’s best brand.
We believe that what MAL creates belongs to everyone; and everyone belongs at MAL. We think creativity lives in open, safe and brave spaces, where diverse perspectives can come together, free of prejudice and discrimination. We strive to be a partnership of equals. Everyone has a role to play here, and we invite you to bring your fully authentic selves to this space. Together, we’ll do the best work we’ve ever done.
We’re headquartered in Los Angeles, California, with 5 further international hubs and over 700 people making great work for Apple in 26 markets around the globe.
We’re looking for a Senior Producer to join us in our London office. Our London office is the hub office servicing the EMEA, Middle-east, Russia & Turkey markets for Apple. If you are someone who is willing to get their hands dirty, who draws satisfaction from going the extra mile and want to play a crucial part in our expanded production offering – then we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on lynchpin, managing each step in the production process and collaborating with both internal and external departments.
- Proven success of producing across digital, social, live action, still, content and integrated projects – from concept, to estimating and right through to delivery.
- Play a key role in the continued enhancement of our production capabilities.
- Staying tapped-in to our regional markets and provide perspective. Ensuring local market opportunities, insights, context and culture are well represented.
- Advising on the best production approach to support the creative ambition and be able to guide the wider production team through the entire production process.
- Oversee Assistant Producers, sharing your knowledge, ensuring they have a balance of both guidance and autonomy in order to get the job done in the right way.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in leading high calibre productions demonstrating excellence in creativity, process management, collaboration, inclusivity, financial management, legal and security.
- Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Remaining calm under pressure with the ability to see the big picture while also focusing on the smallest detail.
- A pragmatic and natural problem solver, able to think quickly on their feet and adapt to whatever the production process throws at them.
- Process-driven and task-orientated; with a passion for organisation, prioritisation, process and successful delivery of tasks and projects.
- Possesses a sensitivity to different cultures, languages, communication styles and business practices.
