Job Responsibilities

• Ensure interviews capture emotional depth and story clarity

• Coordinate with field teams and production to ensure smooth shoot logistics

• Review footage and assist in crafting story arcs based on interviews

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Interview Producer in unscripted TV or docu-series

• Strong storytelling instincts and ability to identify emotional beats

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines

• Experience directing interviews on set or in the field

• Familiarity with current trends in reality and documentary-style content
