Who You Are:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day tasks of the legal and collections team. You are able to juggle multiple tasks at a time whether that be office administrative tasks, fielding customer communications, running errands, or reviewing payments. Prior to legal escalation, you will assist in ensuring that all necessary payments are collected from customers. This will include making initial phone calls, sending e-mail notification and reminders of all open balances. The candidate must maintain strict confidentiality of all information prepared and processed.

What You Will Do:

● Partner with the Accounting and Legal departments to monitor the Accounts Receivable and identify overdue accounts on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

● Contact clients about overdue balances or returned payments

● Restructure payments for clients on a necessary basis

● Process customer payments

● Partner with Accounting to resolve customer inquiries regarding payments and account balances

● Update customer records and accounts as it pertains to collections

● Execute against established timelines and priorities

● Maintain strict confidentiality standards

● Handle outbound and inbound mail sending and tracking

Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

In-office position; NOT REMOTE

What You Bring to the Table:

● Be computer literate and comfortable using Outlook, Excel, Word, and other Windows-based programs

● Ability to problem solve and think critically through tasks and come up with real time solutions.

● 1-3 years related legal, collections, or similar role experience

Castng Call: Hand/Photo Double for Feature Film

Job Description: We are currently seeking a hand/photo double to work on a feature film titled “It Ends With Us”. This role will require the selected individual to serve as a stand-in for hand shots and potentially other scenes requiring a photo double for the main actress. The photo double will be utilized during the filming process to substitute for the main actress in various non-facial shots and scenes as needed by the production team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the director, cinematographer, and main actress to understand the requirements for each scene.
  • Be available on set for all scheduled filming dates and ready to step in for the main actress for hand shots or other scenes as directed.
  • Maintain hand care and ensure that the appearance of your hands matches that of the main actress, including but not limited to nail shape, skin tone, and any specific markings or features.
  • Follow instructions from the film crew to replicate the main actress’s posture, hand placement, and any required actions to ensure continuity in the film’s visual narrative.
  • Be flexible with changes in the shooting schedule and responsive to direction from the production team.

Requirements:

  • Female, Caucasian ethnicity
  • Height: Between 5’8″ and 5’11”
  • Age: In the 20’s to 30’s range
  • Hand and overall appearance must closely match that of the main actress (photos may be requested for initial screening)
  • Must be a member of SAG-AFTRA or willing to join (role is SAG-AFTRA covered)
  • Must be available for tentative filming dates on 1/22 and 1/24 in West New York, NJ
  • Ability to travel to the filming location; transportation available from Manhattan if needed
  • Must agree to and comply with all provisions set forth by the SAG-AFTRA CBA, including the Preference of Employment provision.

Compensation:

  • Pay rate is $243 for an 8-hour day. Overtime, if any, will be compensated as per SAG-AFTRA agreements.
