Do you want to help define the future of Go to Market (GTM) at AWS using generative AI (GenAI)? You will be part of the core worldwide GenAI Training and Inference team, responsible for defining, building, and deploying targeted strategies to accelerate customer adoption of our services and solutions across industry verticals. You will be working directly with the most important customers (across segments) in the GenAI model training and inference space helping them adopt and scale large-scale workloads (e.g., foundation models) on AWS, developing GTM plans, external/internal evangelism, and developing demos and proof-of-concepts.

You will have the opportunity to define GTM strategies and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand existing markets, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities. This involves activities include market sizing, building an opportunity pipeline, working with customers to understand technical requirements for proof-of-concepts, creating content to train the field teams, driving industry thought-leadership, working with product teams to define new features, and identifying partners and potential acquisitions.
As the ideal candidate, you possess a business and technology background that enables you to lead and drive engagements with startups and large enterprises. You have domain expertise in key ML use cases, understand the challenges involved in training and deploying GenAI models, orchestrating workloads using containers/HPC services, and are able to work backwards from customer requirements to suggest scalable solutions and architectures. You have the technical depth to articulate the benefits of ML Frameworks and AWS services to data scientists, data engineers, and C-Level executives. In addition, you have a good understanding of the GenAI market trends, ecosystem, opportunities, and are passionate about market development. You will need to be adept at interacting, communicating, and partnering with teams within AWS (product, solutions architecture, sales, marketing, and professional services) and externally with customers, partners, and importantly, the developer community of ML Frameworks and key open-source offerings.
You will be responsible for creating compelling content, and building scalable programs and mechanisms to increase awareness and adoption of ML Frameworks and AWS solutions. Additionally, you will work with the AWS ML and EC2 product teams to shape product vision and prioritize features for AI/ML Frameworks and applications. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and being scrappy is a must.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools. – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Opportunity
The Model Serving Systems team provides the computational platform on which we build nearly all our consumer and studio-facing ML/AI applications. We provide all the building blocks to serve ML models at scale, including a real-time model inference and serving platform, foundational abstractions that ensure consistency between online and offline systems, and more. Additionally, as we expand to enable LLM innovation in numerous areas of personalization, we’re building model serving infrastructure for LLMs and other large foundation models.
We’re expanding our model serving systems to meet the evolving needs of the evolving AI landscape. We are looking for strong engineers to develop and expand our compute infrastructure to support the growing AI needs, enable the application of ML in new business areas, and drive ML/AI innovation across Netflix. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $100,000 – $720,000K

The TIAA Social Media Manager will focus on overall responsibility of developing and driving the owned social media strategy and execution for the TIAA brands, products, and services in support of the broader business, brand and social media goals. This role reports to the Head of TIAA Paid Media and works closely with other members of the TIAA client marketing, thought leadership and creative teams in order to create, manage and execute on social media and campaign priorities. The manager will create and manage content and deliver strategic best practices for all business partners. What We Need:
We’re seeking a Social Media Manager for key iHeartRadio Los Angeles stations. The Opportunity

The Content Creator/Writer works closely with the Senior Manager for content as well as the social, video and digital experts on the team and Global Marketing and External Affairs functional teams, business public affairs, external agencies, marketing and other functional groups to identify holistic storylines that show and tell the fullness of Abbott across the range of its offerings and geographies. You must be able to think strategically and quickly to provide creative ideas and share them with a broad range of internal and external contacts across the organization and help execute from concept to completion. All of this for one simple goal: breakthrough communications.
What You’ll Work On
- Help Abbott enhance brand awareness of the company and its products while protecting the company’s reputation.
- Create stories for abbott.com and social channels, including identifying topics, interviewing experts and key opinion leaders, writing to Abbott and AP style guidelines with accuracy and precision, creating or producing photography and video or other assets, and working with publishers to post in a timely manner.
- Optimize content for SEO and social channels to support story visibility.
- Identify ongoing updates to Abbott.com site fronts and landing pages as well as brand-appropriate visual imagery. Work with Digital team and content publishers to identify improvements and ongoing updates to Abbott.com and enhance the user experience across digital channels.
- Produce content, both written and visual, in a timely manner
- Support monthly Abbott EDGE newsletters.
- Offer unique and creative thinking and ideas regularly. Help to ideate on projects and programs across the Content Team and Abbott.
- Assist the department head in managing and shaping department policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper adherence to all financial and administrative policies.
- Ensure programs fall within budget parameters and all paperwork is completed in an appropriate manner (invoice logging, purchase orders, statements of work, etc.).
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the development and execution of content, writing, social media or public relations
- Superb storytelling qualities
- Understanding of effective writing, basic proofreading and AP style
- Passion for communications, digital trends and social media

The base pay for this position is $57,300.00 – $114,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
The Social Media Manager is responsible for contributing to the overall strategic and tactical direction of social media marketing, in collaboration with the media strategy and performance marketing teams.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $55,500.00-60,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
