A beauty brand is seeking a local Trade Show Assistant for the Premiere Orlando Beauty Show at the Orange County Convention Center. The role involves assisting customers with teeth whitening treatments, promoting whitening products, and supporting sales during the event. This opportunity is ideal for outgoing individuals with strong communication and sales skills who enjoy working with customers in a fast-paced trade show environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers during 15-minute teeth whitening treatments
• Promote and sell professional whitening products and packages
• Provide excellent customer service during the beauty show
• Learn and demonstrate treatment procedures before event opening
• Support booth operations and sales activities throughout the event

Requirements

• Must be professional, reliable, friendly, and articulate
• Strong sales and customer service skills preferred
• Outgoing personality with confidence interacting with customers
• Teeth whitening experience is a plus
• Must have a pleasant smile and professional appearance
• Must be available for all scheduled event dates

Compensation

• $18 per hour
• 5% commission on treatment and product sales
• 2.5% commission on professional packages
• Free teeth whitening treatment or take-home kit valued at $150
• Average earnings typically range around $24/hour, with strong sales staff averaging around $28/hour
• Paid in cash at the end of the show
• Must complete a W9 form
