Job Description

As a Talent Wrangler, you’ll work closely with performers, creators, and on-set teams to coordinate movement, manage call times, and ensure talent is where they need to be. If you’re organized, personable, and thrive in high-energy environments, this is your opportunity to work behind the scenes on major productions and events happening throughout Atlanta’s peak season.
Job Responsibilities

Manage and escort talent during production, ensuring they are on time and in the right place

Communicate key updates between production staff and performers

Maintain order in green rooms, holding areas, and backstage spaces
-
Assist with sign-ins, wardrobe checks, and last-minute changes
-
Provide a positive, calming presence to talent while upholding schedules
Requirements
-
Must be highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented

Prior experience working on set or in event coordination preferred
-
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure

Available April–August 2025 for flexible shifts
