• Support onsite event needs and assist with crew check-ins

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests during live events and activations

• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and order in assigned service areas

• Assist with setup and breakdown of service stations as needed

• Follow all safety and hospitality protocols

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, catering, or event hospitality preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and escort talent during production, ensuring they are on time and in the right place

• Communicate key updates between production staff and performers

• Maintain order in green rooms, holding areas, and backstage spaces

• Assist with sign-ins, wardrobe checks, and last-minute changes

• Provide a positive, calming presence to talent while upholding schedules

Requirements

• Must be highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Prior experience working on set or in event coordination preferred

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure

• Available April–August 2025 for flexible shifts
