Team Perelel is growing! We’re looking for a driven, passionate, and highly organized Influencer Marketing Manager who will work closely with the founding team. This “all hands on deck” role will help support the Perelel marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support with strategy, vision, and execution of Influencer Marketing to reach overall brand and business strategy.
- Identify new influencers & talent and assist with building innovative programs and initiatives to expand community while deepening existing relationships
- Ideate and brief influencer campaigns for both new launches and always-on activity, assisting in the execution of all earned, paid and experiential programs
- Maintain strategic influencer engagement and relationship management.
- Innovate and enhance our ambassador marketing approach, staying on top of the latest trends
- Help ideate and host influencer events and pop-ups, as well as execute social/digital activations
- Own various projects including all influencer and press giftings
- Managing day-to-day correspondence with multiple partners such as agencies, vendors, influencer platforms, event production, etc
- Partner with cross-functional teams on marketing campaigns, go-to-market launches, growth initiatives, events and more.
- Negotiate and execute influencer agreements and partnerships.
- Measure and report on influencer program performance and KPIs; share results, insights and future recommendations with cross-functional teams and leaders on an ongoing basis.

- A creative & inspirational storyteller, always bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- A social media thought leader, with strong understanding of how content performs across platforms
- Data-driven thinker with passion for delivering measurable performance results
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing, PR, digital platforms & entertainment/cultural, and/or agency marketing.
- Demonstrated interest and passion for influencers and social media
- Experience with influencer software platforms (Grin, Tribe Dynamics, Traackr, or similar)
- Excellent communication & writing skills
- Experience with contracting and negotiations
