Casting Call: Non-Union Male Actors, 50's, for "BETTINGER'S LUGGAGE"
Job Detail: We are seeking non-union male actors in their mid-late 50s to audition for the role of LOU in the upcoming production of the new play, "BETTINGER'S LUGGAGE." The play, written by Al Tapper and directed by Steven Ditmyer, will be presented at the AMT Theater located in midtown Manhattan. Set in 1974, the play revolves around the life of LOU, a prominent Jewish father with a strong personality and deep-rooted opinions about life, who wishes his son to follow in his footsteps. Despite his quick temper, he has a humorous side and values his family and NYC's Lower East Side neighborhood above all else.
Job Responsibilities: The selected actor will portray the character of LOU during rehearsals and performances. They will work closely with the director, and fellow cast members to bring the character to life and accurately depict the emotions and nuances required for the role. The actor is expected to promptly attend all scheduled rehearsals and performances and cooperate with the production team.
