Art Hub Copenhagen (AHC) is thrilled to announce the opening of applications for our prestigious Artist in Residency program for the upcoming season. In a significant change from previous years, the residency will now take place at the innovative Container Academy at Oceanvej 1 in the bustling area of Copenhagen’s Nordhavn, instead of our traditional location at Halmtorvet 27.

This program provides a unique opportunity for three artists to immerse themselves in a creative and vibrant environment, fostering artistic growth and collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage in artistic creation and exploration during the residency period.

  • Participate in community events, workshops, and exhibitions organized by AHC.

  • Collaborate with other artists and members of the AHC community.

  • Contribute to the vibrant cultural environment of the Container Academy.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated artistic ability in any discipline (visual arts, performance, multimedia, etc.).

  • Willingness to engage with the AHC community and participate in collaborative projects.

  • Ability to commit to the residency period in Copenhagen.

  • Artists at any stage of their career are encouraged to apply.

Compensation Details:

  • Access to a dedicated studio space at the Container Academy.
