Job Description

An independent feature film titled Refuge is seeking actors and collaborators for a dramatic found-footage production filming in Istanbul, Turkey. The story follows two YouTubers who discover an old camera containing heartbreaking footage documenting a refugee couple’s final journey toward freedom. This passion-driven project aims to tell a powerful human story through a unique blend of drama, romance, and found-footage filmmaking.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray characters in a feature-length dramatic narrative.
• Participate in rehearsals and filming sessions.
• Collaborate closely with the director and creative team.
• Contribute to an authentic and emotionally engaging storytelling experience.
• Perform scenes in a naturalistic style suitable for found-footage filmmaking.

• Actors of all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
• Passion for storytelling and independent filmmaking.
• Ability to work in a collaborative production environment.
• Comfortable participating in a realistic, immersive filming style.
