As Video Producer, you’ll lead and create engaging video content for a premier global esports league, the League of Legends European Championship, as you collaborate with teams and vendors globally from pre-production to delivery.
You will create content for social media channels, web and esports broadcasts from pitch to program. You’ll oversee production efforts on-location domestically and abroad and lead innovation and iteration on new formats, approaches and tech solutions. You’ll organize pre-and post production, filming and delivery as well as manage budgeting and oversee freelancers/contractors/vendors.
As a Rioter in Berlin reporting to the Video Lead, Esports Europe, you’ll join a tight-knit team that shares a focus on player experience, rejection of convention and passion for gaming. Together with a team of accomplished esports zealots you will create awesome video experiences that delight players and fans in and around League of Legends esports (and others in the future!).
Qualifications
- You bring 5+ years experience as a video producer in gaming or sports broadcasting or in the film or advertising industry
- You’re an expert with the right tools, including cameras, lighting, set design and editing
- You thrive in an office environment but you feel right at home on set.
- You have a strong network of content production and editing vendors across Europe
- You are comfortable managing and negotiating contract terms with minimal guidance
- You enjoy finding efficient production solutions within fixed budgets and tight deadlines
