Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive the visual identity and brand experience for Vitality. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative and compelling creative strategies and campaigns across all channels, from our website and social media platforms to marketing campaigns and product launches. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s aesthetic, elevating our storytelling, and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the organization. The role is located in Denver, Colorado, with flexibility for some remote work. The Creative Director will report directly to the Co-Founder and CEO.

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

1.     Brand Identity and Visual Direction:

a. Define and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints

b. Develop and maintain brand guidelines that reflect our values, mission, and aesthetic.

c. Oversee the creation of visual assets, including photography, videography, and graphic design, that resonate with our target audience and reinforce our brand narrative.

2.     Creative Strategy and Campaign Development:

a. Lead the development of creative concepts and campaign ideas that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives into impactful creative executions.

c. Maintain “expert status” of industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and differentiate our creative approach.

3.     E-commerce Experience Enhancement:

a. Continuously optimize the e-commerce user experience to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.

b. Partner with the Marketing team to design intuitive and visually compelling website interfaces.

c. Implement best practices for product photography, styling, and merchandising to showcase our products effectively online.

4.     Content Creation and Storytelling:

a. Develop compelling storytelling concepts that communicate our brand values and resonate with our audience.

b. Oversee the creation of engaging content for social media, email marketing, blog posts, and other digital channels.

c. Ensure that content is aligned with our brand voice, messaging, and strategic objectives.

5.     Team Leadership and Development:

a. Mentor, inspire, and empower members of the creative team to unleash their full potential.

b. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the creative department.

c. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help team members grow and develop their skills.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, advertising, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

·      8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the fashion, apparel, or e-commerce industry.

·      Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

·      Strong aesthetic sensibility and a passion for fashion, design, and lifestyle trends.

·      Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and best practices for online retail.

·      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
