Executive Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Director of Operations. The ideal candidate is someone who can think ahead and be the gatekeeper for the CEO; coordinate and manage executive scheduling, prepare and organize important strategic materials for planning and meetings, events, and projects. The ideal candidate will have exemplary time management skills, the ability to identify and anticipate the CEO’s needs, and display professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals.
