Job Description: We are seeking a Marketing Professional for a diverse family office who will report to the Marketing Director and work closely with the rest of the internal Marketing team. This is an on-site position at our Jupiter/Tequesta office, not remote. Â
Position Overview: Â
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Marketing Professional to join our team and lead the strategic planning, management, and execution of marketing efforts across multiple operational businesses. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing websites, social media platforms, creative design, branding and other marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager will develop written materials for use on our websites, social media platforms, print and various brand channels. This candidate will work with the marketing, sales, creative and executive teams to help shape the overall content direction for a wide variety of projects, including print, web, sales and research. This role requires a creative thinker with a proven ability to drive brand growth and engagement while effectively managing diverse marketing campaigns throughout different avenues.Â
Key Responsibilities: Â
– Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple operational businesses, aligning with overarching business goals and objectives.Â
– Write online content or copy for webpages, newsletters, blog posts, social media platforms and articles for promotional campaigns, press releases and new investment opportunities.Â
– Create content that adheres to brand standards, while also identifying additional relevant and creative content campaigns.Â
– Manage and maintain various websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO and user experience.Â
– Oversee the creation of engaging and visually appealing content across digital platforms, including social media, blogs, videos, and graphics.Â
– Assist in the creation of new local, national and international marketing campaignsÂ
– Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.Â
– Lead the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and other promotional assets.Â
– Implement and manage social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer interactions.Â
– Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Â
– Stay current with industry trends, digital marketing developments, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas and best practices to the team.Â

Qualifications: Â
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business or a related fieldÂ
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in diversified marketing roles, preferably within a multi-business or family office environmentÂ
– Strong portfolio showcasing successful management and execution of websites, social media platforms, creative assets, branding, and marketing campaigns.Â
– Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems, social media schedulers, analytics tools, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Â
– Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.Â
– Exceptional creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to adapt to changing market conditions.Â
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Â
