This Sr. Product Manager will be joining the Customer Operations organization within the Outage Management team and reporting directly into the VP. This Sr. Product Manager will be working alongside the reporting and operations team. Outage Management is responsible for developing reactive/proactive customer solutions to improve customer service when it comes to outages. This group is currently focused on improving current customer communication by migrating from ticket to customer centric approach. In other words, they will be nondependent on tickets when there is an outage and instead interacting with customers more frequently when there is an outage or using the data to see which areas have an outage where it is uncommon-to- frequent and basing communication off that. On a day-to-day basis, this Sr. Product Manager will be spending 20% of their time working with analysts and translating requirements, 40% within solution: taking the requirements and creating the architecture or process flows on how to find a solution that way the database team can take the plan and create a solution and 40% creating PowerPoint decks to present to leadership/executives on the process.
