Lili is looking for a Creative Marketing Producer to join our fast-growing Creative Marketing team.
We are looking for an experienced Creative Marketing Producer to oversee the strategy and the execution of Lili’s messaging, both with our users and our potential customers. Our ideal candidate is equal parts creative, operational and analytic — with exceptional writing skills in a variety of formats (press releases, blogs, pitches, internal communication…) and an acute understanding of modern distribution methods (blog, podcasts, newsletter, social media…)
In this role you will:
- Ideate, storyboard and write creative briefs for all Lili’s acquisition-driven campaigns.
- Oversee production and execution from start (the idea in the brainstorm meeting) to finish (delivery of the final assets to the paid media team)
- Hire, manage and organize a schedule for a roster of creative freelancers (designer, motion graphics, videographers)
- Convert data feedback into pragmatic creative solutions to optimize new creative campaigns every month
- Maintain brand voice, aesthetic, and messaging across all campaigns
- Hunt for a new design, storytelling, and social trends.
Requirement:
- 5 to 7 years as a creative lead in either b2c or agency environment.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in social media focused performance marketing
- Complete understanding of all social media platforms storytelling devices and formats
- Photography and design portfolio required.
- Fully versed in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, InDesign (and hopefully After Effect)
- Experience managing creative freelancers and working with external production companies
- Experience in UGC is a plus
- Experience as a freelancer is a huge plus
