Responsibilities:
- Define and champion the vision for the product.
- Drive research and analytics to define and prioritize the customer problem/s and develop the roadmap.
- Collaborate with a team to define requirements, design, launch, and iterate on the solution.
- Relentlessly focus the team on the critical few.
- Create and own success metrics including reporting out on results and relevant implications.
- Collaborate with a team of top engineers, designers, data scientists, marketers, and support agents to deliver an awesome E2E product experience.
- Continuously prioritize the product backlog and work across teams to drive work in other areas that deliver value.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant experience defining the vision for and shipping impactful consumer-facing products.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products.
- Passion for collaborating with others and using an iterate and learn mindset to solve problems (large and small) – you will bring a design thinking mindset.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Capable of breaking down a big vision into actionable, bite-size milestones.
- Deep customer empathy and intellectual curiosity.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Undergraduate degree required, ideally with concentrations in technology or business disciplines (equivalent professional experience will be considered).
- Interest in personal finance is a must. Experience with personal financial apps and tools a huge plus.
Location: Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid – Must work onsite twice a week)
