Join a leading fintech company as a Senior Product Manager on the team responsible for envisioning and delivering results for the company’s new and existing products! We are looking for an exceptional and seasoned product manager to help define our roadmap and drive the implementation of features.

The ideal candidate will thrive on changing the status quo, leverages data to make informed decisions and has experience leading high performing teams with a strong mission-driven culture. You’ll work with a passionate and collaborative team of developers, designers, data scientists, marketers, and customer success managers to deliver product experiences that make the lives of our customers easier and more productive.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and champion the vision for the product.
  • Drive research and analytics to define and prioritize the customer problem/s and develop the roadmap.
  • Collaborate with a team to define requirements, design, launch, and iterate on the solution.
  • Relentlessly focus the team on the critical few.
  • Create and own success metrics including reporting out on results and relevant implications.
  • Collaborate with a team of top engineers, designers, data scientists, marketers, and support agents to deliver an awesome E2E product experience.
  • Continuously prioritize the product backlog and work across teams to drive work in other areas that deliver value.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience defining the vision for and shipping impactful consumer-facing products.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products.
  • Passion for collaborating with others and using an iterate and learn mindset to solve problems (large and small) – you will bring a design thinking mindset.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Capable of breaking down a big vision into actionable, bite-size milestones.
  • Deep customer empathy and intellectual curiosity.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Undergraduate degree required, ideally with concentrations in technology or business disciplines (equivalent professional experience will be considered).
  • Interest in personal finance is a must. Experience with personal financial apps and tools a huge plus.

Location: Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid – Must work onsite twice a week)

Job Type: Full Time

Pay Range: $155K – $175K DOE

Customer Success Manager

Job Summary:

A leading fintech company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their Customer Care organization. This position is dedicated to driving growth and retention within the company’s product lines. A successful candidate should have a marketing & sales background with a proven track record in driving exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Continually generate and test new ideas for Customer Success with the goal of either (1) activating new users and/or (2) retaining existing users.
  • For viable and profitable Customer Success ideas, develop and implement operation plans.
  • Help establish/maintain KPIs to measure the effectiveness of current and new Customer Success programs.
  • Monitor customer contacts to evaluate and improve customer interactions for programs.
  • Work with outsourced vendor partners to evaluate and coach performance.
  • Comfortable in working in cross-functional teams.
  • Create presentations and reports to communicate recommendations and findings.
  • End-to-end ownership and accountability for assigned projects and processes.
  • Work with peers and leadership team to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales, marketing, or contact center experience.
  • BA/BS in Business or Marketing; MBA is a plus. Or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in the following reporting tools: PowerBI, Genesys Cloud, MS Access, and MS Excel.
  • Passionate about leveraging data to find opportunities to grow the business through Customer Care.
  • Passionate about solving for customers and their financial health.
  • The candidate will be expected to successfully complete the new hire agent training and demonstrate an exceptional ability in helping customers while leveraging internal toolset before beginning in the Customer Success role.
