Hana lands an internship at a city radio station and pours her creativity into a personal podcast—where she unexpectedly develops a lively rapport with a mystery listener.
Life takes a complicated turn when a new upscale halal restaurant opens across the street, threatening her family’s livelihood. As if that weren’t enough, a surprise visit from her aunt and cousin uncovers long-buried family secrets, a hate-motivated attack shakes the community, and Hana finds herself drawn to Aydin, the rival restaurant’s owner—who may not be a complete stranger after all.
