TRIBE are on the look out for an ambitious and motivated Brand Manager to join the team. You’ll be joining a fast-growing team of 12 and lead on all aspects of TRIBE brand marketing.

Key responsibilities
We are looking for an ambitious Brand Manager to lead on all aspects of brand development, including:Â
- Brand Development: Be involved in all aspects of the strategy and development of the brand, including packaging design, category / customer insights and at-fixture analysis. Supporting the brand’s development into new areas (e.g. 3-Packs, Breakfast).
- Comms & Social Media: Responsibility for comms and visual expressions of the TRIBE brand, including social channels and all comms/photography for new product launches.
- Retail Marketing: Support our commercial team on driving growth in all Retail accounts and be closely involved on all related growth, advertising and sampling opportunities. Building relationships with marketing teams at key Retail accounts.
- Partnerships & Influencers: Lead on all brand partnerships and collaborations. Historically, we have partnered with Nike, Rapha, lululemon and others.
- Festivals, Trade Shows and Retailer Brand Days:Â We are aiming to sample 750,000 TRIBE products in 2023.Â
- New Product Development:Â Work closely with the NPD team as we formulate and develop new market-leading Natural Plant Energy products.Â

This position is ideal for someone currently working within a talent agency or casting environment, with a solid understanding of the industry’s pace and demands.
Job Responsibilities

Manage daily operations in the office, including client scheduling and availability

Coordinate self-tapes and provide feedback and redirection to artists

Maintain strong, supportive relationships with clients

Provide diary management and administrative support for agents and talent

Attend industry events, showcases, and theatre nights (often outside office hours)

Assist with project submissions, pitches, and follow-ups

Requirements
