Print Production Coordinator

Work independently in the development, process, and execution of complex and highly visible print and communication related programs across the Enterprise. Coordinate print design and ad copy for collateral and signage while simultaneously driving process improvements and cost efficiencies to projects. Manage print and fulfillment processes for Collective Influence and custom ad hoc orders.

  • Ability to work independently and is responsible for the organization and delivery of multiple print projects related events across company divisions. Manage projects within framework, apply company and industry standards, methodologies and tools. Accountable for print quality, inventory tracking, scheduling, communications, and prioritization.
  • Inform leadership with updates and raise critical issues. Ensure timely delivery. Manage material and inventory systems. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of daily fulfillment orders. Resolve issues in a timely manner. Responsible for ensuring all electronic collateral is accurately uploaded into a digital asset management tool.
  • Work effectively with company associates, vendors, technology, and project management teams. Provide proactive strategic recommendations, on pricing, process, and quality..
  • Manage recurring and ad hoc production of support collateral, branded merchandise, and other projects as needed. Provide regular reporting on orders, and inventory management on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of printing concepts, and production experience with digital printing and bindery equipment.
  • Highly skilled in all aspects of print operations, project & process management.
  • Proficient in Excel (i.e., formulas, pivot table, etc.) & other Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Excellent presentation, written & verbal communications skill.
  • Understanding of U.S.P.S regulations.
  • Proven organizational & detail-oriented skills. Ability to prioritize simultaneously.
  • Accessibility to transportation and ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours to complete tasks.

  • Punctual and prepared for a full 9am call time

Compensation
