About the Role:
You are responsible for brainstorming marketing and promotional calendars with the team, building strategy and driving execution of successful marketing campaigns. You will help coordinate photoshoots, organize content, and deploy to all partners. You will report on results of marketing activities and maintain our KPI tracker. You will do influencer and tastemaker outreach as well as assist with in-store and pop-up shop event execution.
About You:
- You have a minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience relating to fashion or high end consumer goods
- You are data driven with a hands-on understanding of how visuals empower marketing
- You have a minimum of 2 years experience overseeing and reporting on paid media, SEO, content marketing, and social campaigns
- You have a minimum of 2 years experience assisting in developing marketing strategies and the marketing funnel
- You have a minimum of 2 years experience in email marketing on Klaviyo or Mailchimp
- You have a proven understanding of paid media, digital design, SEO and content marketing and can communicate their value
- You are an excellent communicator and can lead meetings internally
- You make decisions based on data and within the context of our broader marketing strategy – you can navigate Google Analytics, Google Ads, and paid social platforms with ease
- You manage your time effectively to meet deadlines in spite of unforeseen occurrences
- You are organized, methodical, and have a heightened attention to detail
- You love collaboration and have a creative spirit
- You look for new ways to improve results with data
- You value relationships over personal success
