RE/DONE is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator who is able to juggle multiple projects at one time. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the VP of Global Marketing to provide administrative support and ensure samples are received, organized, and shipped properly. This role is for someone who has the desire to learn, grow, and have an impact.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the marketing team on all marketing activities
- Supporting all events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials
Sample Management
· Ensure the marketing warehouse is stocked with samples, organized and inventory is accurate
- Organize quarterly “returns” of stagnant marketing inventory back to the warehouse to guarantee inventory stays up to date and tidy
· Place seasonal and one-off sample buys for marketing department
· Manage press, stylist, influencer and celebrity sample requests in a timely fashion
· Facilitate the preparation and shipment of all press pulls and marketing gifts
- Receive press pull or gifting “order” and confirm info re: products that need to be sent, sizes, delivery address, and level of urgency.
- Locate product needed from marketing inventory, or if not available, order all needed product from the warehouse via NuOrder (with approval from VP of Global Marketing). Work with Customer Service department and warehouse team to have these samples allocated and pulled.
- Package, make label, and ship the product to influencer or stylist, sending tracking number to press, stylist or influencer.
- Record/track every piece sent out in Marketing’s “Sample Trafficking Grid” (recipient, each piece’s style#/size/color, cost of goods, cost of freight).
- Use WinFashion to track and record the standard cost of all goods shipped in the “Sample Trafficking Grid.”
- Work with Customer Service department to make sure that all product ordered for marketing is billed properly each month.
Editorial
· Ensure all celebrity and placements are credited with designer information and secure placements of those images in relevant online and print publications
· Work with external communications agencies to maximize exposure within those markets
· Maintain and update the marketing departments documentation and databases
Finance
· Ensure all marketing spend is in line with the marketing budget
· Work with the finance team to ensure billing is accurate
Required Skills:
- Computer proficient or willingness to learn, notably Microsoft Excel
- Excellent administration and organizational skills
- Works well under pressure and within a team
- Good negotiation skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, proof reading and collating complex information into reports
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in-person in an office setting
