Overview:
We are seeking a social native TikTok Social Media Manager with at least 1-3 years professional experience to join our growing in-office Los Angeles based team!
The TikTok Social Media Manager is responsible for managing the company’s TikTok page to elevate our brand and captivate our customers. You will focus on building community through relevant and engaging content.
You will test and elevate winning strategies and content in collaboration with our marketing and creative teams. Reporting to the Head of Creative Marketing, you will be a crucial part of Bloom’s success. The ideal candidate is passionate about all things social media, pop culture, current trends, and storytelling, and is excited to find new ways to expand Bloom’s presence on TikTok.
Responsibilities:
- Create a strategy to strengthen Bloom’s existing relationship with the community on TikTok
- Drive brand relevancy and awareness forward through the platform
- Ideate, film and edit engaging content daily
- Stay on top of social media trends to stay relevant and effective
- Monitor own and user generated content for reactive opportunities
- Present fresh ideas to brainstorms based on current trends
- Develop consistent, actionable social media reporting and insights.
- Work closely with the creative team to align on content calendars and campaigns
- Collaborate with Influencer Marketing and Social Media Teams
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in social media
- Must have relevant portfolio of work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks that vary in complexity and urgency
- Possess video skills for in-house content creation (i.e. shoot, edit, and appear in social content)
- Highly organized, task oriented and a team player
- Open-minded creative looking to take risks
- Self-starter willing to work on team-based and independent projects
- Must be able to commute to Santa Monica office 4-5 times a week
