Haven Palm Beach is looking for a Gallery Manager with a positive and outgoing personality who has the ability to perform sales and prospecting skills.Â
The role participates in every day operations of the gallery including maintenance and cleaning, collaborating to adjust floor plan and pieces, coordinating logistics, updating inventory and customer information.
The candidate will greet clientele in the gallery as well as answer questions about the inventory on hand. Must be able learn new information and provide coherent and fluid understanding to clients.
The candidate will effectively manage other people on the team to achieve sales and customer service goals as well as back-office operations.
Comfort and confidence in working with high value items and top luxury clientele is a must. The role requires the ability to foster relationships and loyalty with clientele.Â

Responsibilities
– Maintain a thorough understanding of the gallery’s program and be prepared to answer visitors questions
– Update and maintain client information.
– Assist in organizing and managing physical artwork inventory – both ingoing and outgoing
– Coordination of shipping and receiving of artwork, exhibition installation and de-installation. Art handling, packing, and light installation as necessary.
