Position Summary

This position will have a significant role in the development and execution of SHEIN’s entertainment and experiential strategy. We are looking for a driven and organized individual with a passion for entertainment, events, and culture. The ideal candidate will bring the gold standard of event production and have a deep understanding of consumer experiences across music festivals and live events.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage event related activities for the brand’s Entertainment strategy including music festivals and live events.
  • Develop creative event concepts, including the conceptualization, programming, décor elements, venue selection and integrated activations for each event.
  • Develop strategic event activation plans to support brand initiatives and sponsorships leading to measurable and quantifiable results.
  • Support in creating goals, KPIs and metrics for each project and compiling recaps and reporting documents accordingly.
  • Develop and manage relationships with partners, vendors, and internal teams (social, influencer, partnerships, legal) to collectively achieve event/marketing goals.
  • Create and manage effective timelines and ensure projects stay on track.
  • Manage budget for all projects in addition to the comprehensive yearly events budget.
  • Source, negotiate and manage all contracts to assist in the planning and execution of events (production companies, logistics, agencies, etc.)
  • Manage vendor payments through our internal OA system and reconciliation of full event budget post-event.
  • Manage comprehensive event recaps.
  • Analyze both KPI’s and ROI of all events; provide key learnings and potential enhancements for future events.
  • Evaluate and prioritize future opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event or experiential marketing, preferably in the entertainment or fashion industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field of study.
  • Thorough understanding of experiential marketing and events.
  • Self-starter with excellent organization, self-leadership, and management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, and reorder workload in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Gsuite, and Microsoft office tools (Google slides, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Ability to travel for events and site visits, as needed.
