ATTN: is looking for a Casting Producer to find and book TikTok creators with mid to high level social followings to kick off our co-branded content initiatives on TikTok. The ideal candidate will be someone with a strong knowledge of TikTok and connections to various creators and their representatives, as well as experience contracting talent for branded content. An understanding and vision of how to align talent with brand-specific messaging is imperative.
What You’ll Do:
- Research TikTok creators that align with the brand’s messaging to build preliminary talent pitch lists
- Consistently communicate with the Casting Director and other colleagues regarding any pertinent updates
- Observe and build a strong awareness around viral trends and emerging talent on the platform
- Reaching out to talent and their representatives to send offers and to negotiate rates and deal points
- Communicate with our internal legal team to build talent agreements
- Continually evolve and elevate the content approach based on best-performing approaches and client feedback
- This is a 2 month contract role with the potential to extend
Who You Are:
- 3+ years experience across Talent & Casting, specifically with influencers and content creators. Digital and branded content experience is preferred
- Detail-oriented self-starter who brings hands-on experience in digital media content development and production
- Grasp of current viral trends and emerging talent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to stay calm and collected while working on fast-paced timelines
- Ability to work cross-functionally with relevant teams and stakeholders
- Passionate, positive, and self-motivated
